Raccoon Valley
(2018)

Intrigued in the middle but...
The beginning was kinda slow and draggy. But it picked up somewhat in the middle but then got draggy again. And did I miss something in the end? I assume they were there to save her? She didn't look gratified. In fact her face was stone throughout the whole movie. Like stuck in place.

Jagged Edge
(1985)

I.Love.This.Movie
I was just outta HS and going into college when this movie came out. Didn't see it when it first hit the theaters back then and wished I woulda saw it in the big screen, but when it came on cable back in the day, I was hooked! This movie was the epitome of edge of your seat. Glenn Close was the bees knees as well as Jeff Bridges. The late Robert Loggia was superb as well. But my favorite in the whole movie was Peter Coyote's character! I even have this movie on DVD. Just watched it again on Netflix the other day. Super thriller!!

Fisher
(2021)

I couldn't.
I tried. I really tried, but I felt like I was torturing myself by watching this movie. I made it thru maybe 25-30 minutes, and that felt like an eternity. The acting like nails on a chalkboard. I checked out after that 30 minutes.

Being the Ricardos
(2021)

Couldn't make it.
I waited for this to come on and tried to watch from the first 20 minutes and I threw in the towel. The casting of Ball and Arnaz is a joke. Sorry, not sorry. I like Kidman and Bardem, but this movie ain't it. So many actors/actresses that they could've cast as the iconic couple.

Love Hard
(2021)

So cute!
I love this movie!!! Both main characters are awesome. So glad I decided to watch this!. Love these kind of Rom coms! There's someone out there for everyone! Love is out there!

American Horror Story: Blood Buffet
(2021)
Episode 4, Season 10

Just not good
Was hoping for the best and this is the worst. I tried to come back to AHS after I stopped watching for a couple of seasons and alas it hasn't gotten any better since the first 2 seasons. Sorry. I give up. The only bright spot is "Candy" from Pose. That's it.

Freedomland
(2006)

Whack!
I thought this was gonna be so good, but I was wrong. This movie is all over the place.

Horizon Line
(2020)

Glad I got this dvd free!
I like Allison Williams from the Girls series and the co-star is easy on the eyes, but thats where is stops for me. David Keith is a good actor and it was a sad moment when he passed. This movie is so unrealistic as far as the climbing in and out of the plane mid-air. So I will leave that there. Would have been so mad to pay to see this in a theater or even paying for it via steaming.

The Haunted
(2018)

Meh
Why does the girl look dead? The makeup made her look like a cadaver. Just sayin...

A Fall from Grace
(2020)

Not feeling this from TP
Although I am proud of Tyler Perry's success, this was very bad acted and quite literally inaccurate plot line as it relates to murder investigation and subsequent trial. Come on now.

Trilogy of Terror
(1975)

So remember this as a 9 yr old!
I'm watching it as a 52 year old now, but back in 1975/1976 when this came on TV, I remember the last one, "Amelia" scared the crap outta me. Like others, don't really recall the first two episodes, but the last one with the Zuni hunting doll was the one that stuck with me!! And the last scene where she calls her mom to come over, omg, then Karen Black(Amelia) is possessed! Teeth and eyes! Lmaoooo!

La influencia
(2019)

The dreadful dubbing 🙄
Although I'm 20 minutes into this movie before realizing it's a Spanish dubbed to English movie, I'll try to stick with it but if I fall asleep, then I know that is my barometer that it was a whack movie. P.S. I am drowsy right now! Lol!

In the Tall Grass
(2019)

Not here for it
This was dragged out, confused and like a bad Groundhog Day horror film.

Fractured
(2019)

Like wow!
I was so happy towards the end of this movie for the heroics of the protagonist rescuing his family. I did however, when the psychologist was talking to him in the hospital and then at the scene of the fall, I almost started to believe he did suppress memories of his wife and child and that he possibly did the unthinkable. Then I was pulled back to a somewhat joyous reality that his family was taken for organ harvest and they needed rescuing. But as he is driving we see the wife and child in the rearview mirror, it is actually another patient, that's when I was begrudgingly catapulted into the realization that he actually did do away with the wife and daughter, therefore making him the antagonist in a sad but sinister way. The director made this ending provocatively, IMO.

Somewhat of a head case roller coaster!
