Chal jhoothii......... After a very long time Bollywood has created a melodious cinematic experience. Anvita Dutt has a delivered another gem after bulbul and Laila majnu. Once again classical music and beautiful lyrics reminds us of the old times when Indian Cinema was superior to the west in those terms.
Babil Khan has done excellent work.
Camera work was also masterclass, reminds us of Kagaj ke phool.
Every songs touches the heart.
Be it a live performance for 'aisi Marni Jo mare',
'ghode pe sawar'.. the famous classical 'udd jayega ' and others. Also in the song 'bikharne ka mujhko shaowk hai bada' when mother stopped protagonist and let Babil Khan continue, it really feels.
Hats off to all the team.
Overall the moral of the story tells that how a guilt can affect the life of anyone, it past hounds in mind and whispers in the ear 'chal jhoothii'.
Only cons is the slow moving story line with guilt and sadness. Obviously not recommended for rom com based viewers.
