The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
(2014)

Steve Higgins Is Too Weird
The Tonight Show needs an overhaul! The shows host acts like a drunk frat boy and his sidekick (Steve Higgins) is weird & not funny. Jimmy Fallan also has these stupid games he plays with his guest and they are boring to watch.

Jimmy has an obvious "FAKE LAUGH" that gets on my nerves. If your looking for him to be a great interviewer don't bother. He has softball questions and never has follow up questions. With Know follow up questions that tells me "He isn't paying close attention" to what his guest is saying. He will ask a question and listens to when they stop talking so he can "Plug" his guest projects.

Steve Higgins jumps in too much during the monologue and he doesn't help. He comes across as dad that laughs at his own jokes

Christmas Grace
(2013)

Well What hasn't been said?
I saw the reviews of this film and I had to judge it for myself. This film had so many "Good Reviews" and many "Bad Reviews". I had to see it just to see who was right. I figured out quickly the "Bad Reviews" were justified.

There is many things that can wrong in a film. The casting. The directing. The story itself. So what went wrong here? Well "Everything"! Mainly the story was just too stupid and the actors were all terrible.

Since this is a "Christmas Film" I expect a message about Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas. What I got here was a stupid film about a man who is a moron who is married to another moron.

The film is not just bad but it is also boring. The best thing about this film is knowing I never will have to see it again!

Twin Peaks: The Return
(2017)

It is Interesting
David Lynch has always marched to the beat of his own drum. He is an original. In the original series of "Twin Peaks" his vision of the show was compromised. He was forced to solve the mystery of who killed Laura Palmer. He never wanted it solved. When the mystery was solved the show lost its footing and that same time it lost its audience.

One year later he released the theatrical film "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me". I went and saw that film twice and loved then and I love it more today. I even bought the poster and had it framed.

Now 25 years later David Lynch is back with with "Twin Peaks" and was it worth the wait? To me "Yes". Is it a story I thought it would be? "No". Do I like the show so far? Well for me "Yes"! I just wish it would move along a little faster however I can't keep my eyes off the screen. It is like a journey on a train. You enjoy the scenery. Plus you never know if you will be on that train again.

The New Show picks up 25 years. It is different from the television show but I trust David Lynch. He is a great artist. The show is ALL HIS and he did not have to compromise his vision. He wisely made this show for Cable which gave him 100% control.

In 4 episodes we still have not seen much of "Twin Peaks" the town. Which is strange but also fun. In this we still don't know is Agent Cooper is a good guy or a bad guy. It is the new mystery. You keep seeing interesting new characters as well familiar old faces.

If you loved the original show don't expect too much of a rehash. This is a different approach. It was the way to go. Its not as violent as "Fire Walk With Me" but it has the same vibe. If you loved that film then no doubt "You will love this too".

I for one can't not wait until the next episode.

Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces
(2014)

I waited since 1992 for these scenes
I was a fan of "Twin Peaks" from episode 1 until the end. It was sad when the show went off the rails in season 2. I still stuck with it because I knew it would be great again and "It almost was".

In Season 2 when the death of Laura Palmer was solved the show should of shut down production for a few weeks so they could figure out where to take the show. Well they didn't do that and what we got was about 6 weeks of watching a show going down in flames!

When the show got its groove back it was too late. The audience was gone. What was worse was that the show ended on a cliffhanger.

I was hoping the film "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me" would solve the cliffhanger but it didn't. However I still love the film. I herd for years there was deleted scenes but it took 22 years for those scenes to pop up. Once I saw them I loved them. I just wish David Lynch would have re-edited the film" to include many of these scenes.

Most of the missing pieces here are scenes that feature cast members from the TV show. The theatrical film however did not feature most of our favorite characters. Thankfully now we get to see them here.

To me some of the scenes that should have been left in should have been

*Teresa Banks phone Calls" "Laura Hiding in the bushes when she sneaks out"

The Blu-ray Set is worth buying just to see these scenes.

Christmas in the City
(2013)

Not for everyone
This film is cute. In this film Wendy Carroll is a young mother. Wendy is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Its "Great Recession" time and her family business is failing. She refuses to watch it die. Her father started the business and has passed on. She along with her mother are trying to keep it afloat. With foreclosure looming she decides to take a chance.

So Wendy & her daughter move to the city. Wendy moves in with her long time friend Angie. Angie then helps Wendy get a job a job at a department store.

Unknown to Angie the store is in trouble as well. The stores board of directors have brought in Teanna. Teeanna is a win at all cost person. She however goes on warpath against Wendy when she sees that Tom (The Stores Owner) is falling for Wendy. Teeanna not only wants to be with Tom but she also trying to take over the store.

Now this is a film for the family but "Men will hate this". Most teen's will hate this.

The film is for people that like Christmas movies. If you are a person who loves "Family Traditions" then this movie is for you
