Don't know what you all are talking about.... This VMA show was one of a kind. Yes there were maybe two awards presented but watching it on TV provided the viewer with a two hour, hit list concert of all the hottest artist collaborations in the coolest ways( Fall Out Boy & Rhianna)(Fall Out Boy & Gym Class Heroes)(JT, T.I.& 50 Cent)(Kanye and T-Pain killed it as well). The Britney performance was a weak start due to her unflattering outfit considering the shape she was in at that time. Chris Brown was amazing and you must look at it as a concert and not an awards show. The finale ended with a solo from Timbaland throwing it down on the tables to be joined later by Justin and then closing out the sequence with the trio of Timbaland, Justin and Nelly F. New attitude. New direction. Perfect show!
