In 1993, three serial heinous killings were committed by adolescent Khoka (Rwitobroto Mukherjee) in Chinatown, (Kolkata). These victims were a local gang rival, a police informer and a police officer and he was captured by inspector Pranab Roy Chowdhury (Babul Supriyo), elder brother of Prabir Roy Chowdhury (Prosenjit Chatterjee). The story goes forward in 2019 where inspector Abhijit Pakrashi (Parambrata Chatterjee) is given a case to capture Khoka (Anirban Bhattacharya) who is now out of prison and committed a murder of a gang rival leader Haroo in the exactly same pattern same plot as he did in 1993. Abhijit is himself having a torrid time with his wife (Raima Sen) as he is suspecting his wife is having an affair with his journalist friend (Abir Chatterjee). Abhijit meanwhile starts the investigation with fellow officer Rajat (Gaurav Chakrabarty). In the due course of time another murder takes place and that of an informer. From old video footage Abhijit finds a person present in all previous murder spots and he confronts him during which he denied of having connection or memory regarding Khoka. Rajat is also trapped by Khoka and mercilessly killed by him. Finally Abhijit gets hold off that old suspect and told him to call Khoka at an old place. After the initial confrontation it is revealed that Khoka is actually Paltan, the gay lover of Khoka and was wrongfully taken into custody so that he can take up the identity of actual Khoka and the actual Khoka can live a fresh life. It is also revealed that Abhijit is none other than but Khoka. It was done because when Khoka was taken into custody he was so badly beaten that he lost his memory for amnesia and the D.I.G. of Police gave him a new family and new identify as Abhijit Pakrashi and Paltan was forced to live the life of Khoka. Paltan loved Khoka very much and hence he accepted to live the life of Khoka. Paltan also explained that he did all three murders this time so that Abhijit can remember his past and his love with Paltan and also it was Paltan who tricked Abhijit to nab him. Initially Abhijit disagreed but eventually recognize Paltan and his love relationship and they hugged and kissed but in the end Abhijit killed Paltan so that the last link that can reveal his original identity is eliminated. It is also revealed that back in 1993, Khoka actually never lost his memory , all he did was to pretend of having lost his memory so that he can have a better future. In the last scene he ordered his favorite food from a fast food stall.

I liked the first season really...that had a good blende of erotica and horror. Also acting by the cast was definitely up to the mark. But this season sucks. This season had 14 episodes and trust me not one single episode is either scary or erotically exciting. The plot is very exciting on paper may be but the execution is very poor. Scary portions are not at all appealing. Those so called hot scenes are even poor. Also there was no need for 14 episodes...it could have been done with 10 episodes . Also the plot had lots of loopholes. Climax is a let down. Two stories were given at the start but later only one episode was given importance and even they just couldn't give any explanation of another story albeit a nothing special vikas Gupta cameo. Acting was pretty poor, actually it was so poor that even the already poor story looked further disgusting. Sunny Leone cameo was equally listless. All in all this is a very poor web series on all counts. If you want to watch it you can watch it but don't expect anything better you watch the previous season once again which will be a better option.

Well I will discuss the plot here...it is very good film. Plot The film starts with Ena Saha is drawing a figure of a girl's face vigorously on the walls of a mental asylum. She has drawn the same picture all over the walls. The story then goes to flashback.

Aryann is an aspiring filmmaker and want to make a documentary picture on 'Lakshmi's Bari' , a supposedly haunted place which is situated on the banks of Ajay river. This place is on the outskirts of bolpur. Aryann along with ena, his girlfriend and ena's friend deepshita and her boyfriend soumendra all travel to the place by car on the evening prior to bhoot chaturdashi. Although initially deepshita and soumendra were not excited about these haunted house visit plan they gave a chance hoping for a vacation.

After reaching bolpur, they gathered various information about that haunted place. It is revealed that Lakshmi was illegal child of tagore family and she was kept at a palace made for her and she was all alone in that palace. After her arrival some mysterious incidents started to occur in the surroundings which leads to the Tantriks discovering that she may a witch and also can be actually godess chamunda's reincarnation . To stop her evil actions she should be devoted to goddess chamunda. To complete this ritual she was burned alive but in her burned state she ran away and was never found. Those who burned her died due to fire within one year and that place became haunted. Despite warnings aryann and her friends still went to shoot in that house. During their journey they discovered puppets in the shape of human and they came to know from a psychic man that these puppets can come to live if done by certain ritual. Next they met a Baba who also supported the fact that Lakshmi's Bari is indeed haunted and they shouldn't go there . He also said that Lakshmi is very much alone there as she has no one to play with her so if Lakshmi want to play with them ,they must oblige.

After reaching that place aryann started exploring that house with camera , while deepshita and her boyfriend inspite of having no interest coming here started to explore too. Ena meanwhile found an anklet. Meanwhile aryann found a skeleton which was rotten implying that old sacrifice ritual might still be in practice. While they were busy shooting and exploring, a child was running around that they didn't notice. During their stay they feel some kind of spookyness although they didn't notice anything significantly. After they were done with their shooting they reached to a river side place. Aryann and rest were relaxing there when they encountered gathering of lots of villagers and tantriks and a cremation was taking place. They came to know that that day being bhoot chaturdashi, these type of things do occur. As they were done with the shooting they were heading towards return journey during which they found a strange looking goddess idol in the middle of the road and that idol was again present at some other place during their journey. At that point they realized that something sinister is there so they they want to get rid of that place as soon as possible but they couldn't reach their desired destination instead after driving without having proper way out they some how reaced Lakshmi's bari. This time they heard a children's laughing and mischievous sound. While Ena told them that Lakshmi might want to say something, soumendra who got very much scared when a chunk of cement fell just near to him and he wanted to get away from there and hence they all fleed inspite of Ena's unwillingness but after some time their car went out of fuel and soumendra blamed aryann for everything and after a heated argument and aryann who was upset with soumendra from the beginning due to latter's behavior pushed soumendra . Soumendra in a feat of rage want to heat aryann but was taken away by an unwatchable force. They all started to run away but somehow they again reached Lakshmi's bari with no exit door. Meanwhile deepshita , now possessed fell into the well hence died. Meanwhile all the premises got enlightened suddenly with candels. Moreover lots of people started to gather there along with some Tantriks to do some kind of sacrifice ritual. Ena figured out that as it is bhoot chaturdashi, hence a sacrifice will take place. Suddenly she found out that Aryann is missing and after hearing his scream she quickly found out her but to her horror, he was helplessly kept in a 'harikatha' and was beheaded by a tantrik and Ena screamed her hearts out. In the outskirts those fellow villagers who were activity taking part in that ritual revealed to be possessed or they were dead all the time.

Back to present, Ena is drawing Lakshmi's picture all over the walls and repeatedly saying that if Lakshmi wants to play with you ,you must play with her. It is then revealed that she is possessed by the ghost of Lakshmi.

In the final scene Lakshmi in her deathbed attire , sitting in her palace and she has a eerie smile on her burned face and the credits roll.

Balaji films attempted a horror/ thriller/romance in 2003 in KUCCH TO HAI but result was indeed horrible...in 2004 they came up with a horror film KRISHNA COTTAGE but this time this film actually delivered .. On the story font it is about a bunch of college going friends who somehow came to know a secret (one by one) about their latest friend (!) And this causes them being murdered one by one...who is this new friend? What is the secret? Why it is taking lives? What is the role of KRISHNA COTTAGE? Who is the ghost/ spirit?....all these are answered and it is mostly satisfying. Now horror elements are definitely there...it is expected to give you some scares ... Don't expect too much either... Acting wise nothing historical type but the bunch of actors in this film are not known for their acting ....Sohail Khan doesn't fit into a college student role but he acts okay...Anita looked little uneasy at times but maintain to hold her role ...Isha koppikar was good ...rest of actors are okay Overall if you like horror films and that too in the midst of college campus type ...this should be on your watch list...
