10. Vijay Sethupathi

Vijay Sethupathi made two debuts this year — his first Hindi film, Jawan, and his first Indian web series, "Farzi". While he played a cop in the latter, he played the bad guy in the former. Sethupathi made delivering cocky one-liners while sparring with Shah Rukh Khan look easy. He had a busy year, starring in Michael, Viduthalai Part 1, Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir, and Mumbaikar. His second Hindi film, Merry Christmas, co-starring Katrina Kaif is expected to release in 2024.
