However, the methods that Rinka used in a case becomes evident and she is fired from the law firm. In addition, she is ousted from the bar association and no longer able to stand in a courtroom. She has no choice but to build up confidence in the many court cases she won so that she can win back credibility as a lawyer. Making Urara's acquaintance by chance, Rinka sets eyes on Urara's legal qualifications. She makes Urara do her bidding in an attempt to somehow regain her own qualifications.

Her father doesn't want Asumi following his path, but going against his will Asumi nevertheless enters the Tokyo Space Academy.

But when her father's friend, Kurogane (Jinnai Takanori), shows her "Ittetsu," a grilling plate that Akane's father cherished, it reignites her passion towards teppanyaki. In order to protect the restaurant, she embarks on a journey with Shinta (Tsukamoto Takashi) to search for her father, but wherever she goes, she ends up getting involved in culinary battles.
- Akiho Takeda is assigned to #3 investigation team for The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. On her first day at work, a burglary takes place at a jewelry store in Shibuya. The case though is taken by the #1 investigation team which Akiho hoped to join. Nevertheless, Akiho goes secretly to the jewelry store where the theft took place. Later, a safe at a jewelry store in Roppongi is broken into. Stolen from the safe is the diamond called "Besu". The "Besu" is one of three diamonds that makes up the "Kuraida Family's Three Sisters". The other two diamonds are "Ani" and "Kyasari". The diamond "Ani" was stolen from the jewelry store in Shibuya, that occurred a few days earlier. Several people believe the two diamond thefts were done by the same person(s), but Akiho mentions the techniques used by thieves are different. Yet, Akiho believes there must be a connection between the two cases.
- 47-year-old Aso Toko is asked by her ex-husband Masaoka Ryosuke to take their 17-year-old daughter Miu under her care because he is leaving for an overseas assignment in London. However, Toko and Miu get trapped in the lift they took right after that and then the lift suddenly plunges. The shock from this incident causes their souls to swap bodies. As a result, the two of them have no choice but to live together. They are forced to witness each other's daily life and secrets. While mother and daughter sling long-held feelings at each other, they try to undo the situation through a process of trial and error. With an age gap of 30 years, Toko finds it difficult to deal with youth while Miu is bewildered by old age. And yet, they are one in body and soul. Theirs is a delicate relationship. And then, the two of them experience the tremulous excitement of love that is age inappropriate. Before long, Toko and Miu get a better understanding of being female and face what it is to be parent and child again.
