As fragments of his memory slowly begin to return, Chris comes to realize the awful truth about why his once-happy marriage is crumbling... his wife had an affair, and left him for another man. Just when a government cube job seems inevitable, Gus gets a tip on a major comedy gig on the other side of town from his best friend & manager, Frank, but halfway through the conversation, Frank's phone dies, leaving Gus to fend for himself. Having no choice, Gus heads out anyway. He's met with obstacles from the moment he steps into the hallway, but is determined to prove to the world that comedy is his destiny.
