The Holy Knights are the official law enforcers of Mary Geoise, making them one of the strongest military forces in One Piece. Gunko is a member of the Holy Knights, and she is shaping up to be one of the Elbaph Arc's major antagonists. She ate a Devil Fruit which gives her the power to manipulate bandages, and there is no doubt she is a capable Haki user. Given her status, Gunko is one of One Piece's strongest characters, but there are a few characters who can defeat her.

All the characters who can defeat Gunko possess incredible Haki of their own, but many of them also have powerful Devil Fruits. Most of these characters are notable Yonko-level pirates, but the current commander of the Marines can take her down, too. Some of the World Government's highest-ranking Celestial Dragons can also get the job done.
