Anna Kendrick has played many iconic characters over the years. From starring in the Pitch Perfect films to working alongside Blake Lively in A Simple Favor and most recently starring in the critically acclaimed masterpiece that was Woman of the Hour, she has done it all. While all of these roles have gotten her great fame and acclaim, they cannot top the iconic impact that she had in The Twilight Saga.

Embodying the awkwardness of the franchise as a whole, her acting was something else entirely in these films. Jessica Stanley’s character stands as one of the most memorable characters from the series, and the reasons are endless. While on the surface, she is meant to be a traditional “mean girl’, Kendrick’s acting turned her into something so much more.

However, it would seem that the original intention of her character wasn’t to make her this complicatedly funny.
