When it comes to K-dramas, I generally don’t hesitate to watch something just because of its genre, as they tend to genre-bend for the most part and provide entertainment even in the most tedious subject matter. With that said, recently, I’ve realized that political K-dramas are just not for me. Occasionally, there’ll be the one political show that is like that one non-corrupt politician, ever so rare and quite precious. The Whirlwind is not that show. No, it’s one of the worst K-dramas I’ve seen in a long time.
