Something feels off as we count down to the final season of Stranger Things, and fans have noticed it, too. Among the returning cast, one familiar face is nowhere to be seen. Eduardo Franco, who played Argyle, hasn’t popped up in any updates. The set photos are out, and production is moving full speed ahead, but Argyle’s signature long hair and chill vibe are noticeably missing.

Season 5 is shaping up to be the biggest chapter yet. With Vecna still a looming threat and Hawkins more unstable than ever, fans are expecting emotional goodbyes, epic battles, and plenty of surprises. But for those who loved the easygoing Surfer Boy Pizza guy from Season 4, something is clearly missing from the final adventure.
