FilmSharks strikes key territory sales on Scott Free Productions’ thriller ‘55’
Exclusive:Buenos Aires-based FilmSharks has licenced key territories in Cannes to Scott Free Productions’ thriller 55, which Quiver Distribution will release in North America later this year.
Guido Rud and his team has struck all-rights deals with Falcon for Middle East, Autumn for Japan, Av Jet and Cola Film for Taiwan, CineMundo for Portugal, and Kinologistica for Russia/Cis and Baltics.
The distributors plan theatrical releases in the third and fourth quarter of this year, and discussions are ongoing with buyers in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia, and China.
Shyam Madiraju directed the story of a pickpocketing gang that names their members after numbers.
