Engaging and emotional are perhaps understatements for such a piece that instills in its audience compassion and a profound understanding. The highlight of the documentary, for me, was its nuanced exploration of the evolution of Egyptian society, accentuated by the in-depth portrayal of Nawal El Saadawi.
