One of my favorite movies, practically unheard of but just a outstanding movie
One of the greatest gangster-movies, possibly the best. John Leguizamo as one of the most memorable bad guys of the 90's: Benny Blanco from the Bronx.
One of the best thrillers in recent years, John Leguizamo doesn't have a major role in it but the rest of the cast delivers
Underrated war-movie IMO, another Spike Lee favorite. John Leguizamo is only in it for like 2 scenes tho.
Carlito's Way meets Boiler Room, has some flaws but overall very enjoyable
One of the most mocked movies in recent years, but I can't help to love it. Yes ocassionally it's really bizarre, but I don't mind bizarre movies and it shows a different take on Apocalyptic movies.
Stellar action-thriller with the always great Ethan Hawke. Leguizamo's part is limited.
Haven't seen it in many years, perhaps it will be too juvenile for me in my adult years but that remains to be seen... The memory I have of it is that I loved it... Dumb and Dumber meets Surviving The Game
One of my favorite movies in the VHS days... Managed to rewatch it a couple months ago, I did see some flaws I was blind to back then but still very entertaining
A latino indie feel good drama. Perhaps a little simple story but John Leguizamo is great in a very different role as a daydreamer, also with a great Elizabeth Pena in another lead
Not particulary smart, but then again it's a comedy, and ocassionally very funny (particulary the scenes where John Leguizamo is in as the dog-trainer/hustler)... Not a great movie but a entertaining one if you like Epps and Cedric, which I do
Feel good coming of age movie, which felt like a mix between Do The Right Thing and The Hangover
I remember thinking it was fairly good when I saw it in the 90's, would rewatch
Not a movie, but a highly watchable mini-series about a group of bankrobbers lead by John Leguizamo
Smaller role for John in this flawed but entertaining action-sci-fi flick
I found it amusing when I saw it which was some odd years ago, John isn't actually "in" it but he voices as rat with no name
Although it's about a boxer it's more of a character-study movie than a boxing-movie... Somewhat flawed but still a good watch if you're a fan of John
I expected it to be better, but it was still good enough, a low key revenge thriller
Pretty entertaining Arnie vehicle for the most part, Leguizamo has 2 scenes or so
Felt like a genuine portrayal, a small scale coming of age drama-comedy with John Leguizamo as one of the groomsmen
Panned by the critics, but I found it to be a decent slow burning mystery horror
I saw this in the early 90's don't really remember if I liked it or not so I put it here where the list goes from movies I kinda like to movies I kinda don't like
Just an okay Zombie action movie for me
It was too generic, and Ice Cube as the "straight guy" just didn't work for me... I'd much rather rewatch ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS with Cube or SOUL PLANE with Kevin Hart... Leguizamo in a smaller part...
Incredibly forgettable fluff... John in a smaller role
Seen it twice, didn't like it once... John played a friend of De Niro I believe
It's feels very often like a teacher holding a class than a movie, alot to do with the fact that Saarsgard's character explain thesises and thoughts directly to the camera
John is in it for one scene and play one of many people involved in a social experiment
Boring stuff about babysitters who realises that fathers of babies can be rather pervy and takes advantage of that, John plays one of those pervs
On paper this should be a good movie... It's really not
Spanish speaking movie that bored me for the more-part of the movie, a big problem is that all of the characters are very dislikable but I guess that's the point. But yeah in the end that is what made me lose interest.
I actually really like Martin Lawrence but the tone of this movie is so annoying, it reminds me of Teletubbies on Ecstacy, I really didn't enjoy this one... And to Leguizamo-fans don't bother, he was only in it for a couple scenes
I don't remember John Leguizamo in this movie. I remember thinking it was the most boring revenge movie I've ever seen tho.
A very undramatic and unfunny drama-comedy with zero chemistry between John Leguizamo and the biggest female lead of the movie Radha Mitchell.
I hated it when I saw it in the late 90's, would I enjoy it more on a rewatch? I don't know and I'm not sure I want to bother finding out
It was too childish for me... And I was 11 when I saw it
