Doctor Facilier: When I heard that Disneyland and Disney World were going to retire Splash Mountain into Tiana's Bayou Adventure I was excited and was looking forward to seeing Dr. Facilier being at the big drop off singing "Friends on the Other Side chanting "Are you ready?" with the thunderstorm sound effects. However, I was very disappointed that he wasn't featured in Tiana's Bayou Adventure so much so that I decided to bring my own Funko Pop action Figure of Dr. Facilier with Lawrence and rubberband them on my right hand and film him on the ride. This was the biggest disappointment on the Disneyland Imagineers to exclude our favorite villain on the ride. Yes we are all aware that the spirits dragged Dr. Faciliers body in the portal and killed him in the tombstone and yes this does take place in 1927 during the Mississippi Flood year. They could've had a storyline where 2 Fenner Brothers, Lawrence released to North America on parole, 3 Frog Hunter Men Reggie, Darnell, Two Fingers repairs the broken Necklace and brings Dr. Faciliers spirit back or his body back to life and he would cause a thunderstorm rain curse that would flood the Mississippi river in hopes of flooding New Orleans and overflowing the levee hill. And yes, we can omit Voodoo and Hoodoo references by making Dr. Facilier a Supernatural Magician with spell curses. Also at the drop off Dr. Facilier could be singing "Friends on the Other Side" chanting "Are you ready?" while fighting Mama Odie and Ray the Firefly spirit with his shadow spirits at the big drop off. I'm still mad at the Disneyland Imagineer team and the creators for excluding Dr. Facilier on purpose and I will never forgive them for getting rid of my favorite villian. If they won't ever put him on the ride, then I'll boycott the ride and ask others to do so until this ride becomes forgotten or the Disneyland Imagineers give in and add the spirit of Dr. Facilier or else this Tiana's Bayou Adventure should get replaced.
