While some surprises can be nice, The View fans were not okay with the network’s latest decisions. Recently, fans expressed their anger over the latest episode that was aired.
Scheduling Shake-Up
Unexpectedly, The View had a major scheduling mix-up that left fans up in arms. When the fans went to watch their regularly scheduled program, they were in for a rude awakening. Unbeknownst to them, the panelists were taking some time off the air. Little did they know, the episode airing was a month-old replay, but fans caught on quickly. Understandably, the sneaky move left many fans raging upon the discovery of the show not being live. Although fans are enraged, the daytime TV network is offering a return date to appease the masses in the meantime.

The former Manchester United footballer David Beckham is sueing Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg who is the Chief Brand Officer of fitness brand Functional 45 aka F45 for allegedly “duping” him into becoming a brand ambassador for the fitness brand.
For clarity purposes, David and Mark became friends after the footballer and his family relocated to Los Angeles in 2007. Mark joined the F45 in 2019 and went on to create his own workout routines ‘Wahlberg Week’ which are performance-based workouts that are carried out multiple times yearly and it’s exclusive to all F45 studios.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has saved Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) from herself all over again. Walking back into her life from his presumed grave wasn’t enough to sweep Carly off her feet and change her life, he’s now given her back the business she loved and helped grow into a great success — back when Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) gave it to her first.
It seems that Carly was down for that gift the first time around, but she wasn’t so keen on letting anyone else step in and do the same for her all over again.
Feeling that she lost it on her own accord, that is how she was determined to get it back. Never acknowledging that was unlikely to happen, she didn’t back when Jason was ready to hand it all back over to her, but not everyone is...

On Wednesday’s episode of The View, the Different World cast reunited alongside the series’ producer and director, Debbie Allen. But while speaking about the show’s guest stars, the spotlight shifted to Whoopi Goldberg, who was moderating the conversation alongside her The View co-stars Sunny Hostin and Sara Haines.
When asked by Haines what she remembered about working alongside Goldberg, Allen shared that the Egot winner was the show’s “secret weapon” when it came to making its powerful season four episode about the AIDS epidemic, “If I Should Die Before I Wake.”
Goldberg, fresh off her Oscar-winning performance in Ghost, made a cameo as a professor who assigns the students to write their own eulogies. Fellow guest star Tisha Campbell appeared as student Josie, who reveals during the assignment that she has AIDS.

Just days after President Joe Biden decried the wage disparity between female and male athletes, Whoopi Goldberg said on ABC’s The View that ESPN should “sweeten” its deal for the broadcast rights of WNBA games.
After pointing out the Clark will make an initial annual salary of $76,535 as a player for the Indiana Fever, Goldberg then noted, “The entire Fever payroll is $1.2 million. That is less than the minimum salary for a single NBA player with a year’s experience.”
The women players, Goldberg continued, “have the headlines, they have the fans, they have the viewers, when the hell are they going to get paid?” Noting that ESPN and ABC are both part of the “Disney thing,” Goldberg added that ESPN “should have kissed this deal by taking care of all of the WNBA and given them enough money for a bump up because you know you have another deal to make.

The View hosts kicked off their segment in the usual way Tuesday, covering the latest major headlines with fiery exchanges. Only this time, the matter that captivated them the most in their first “Hot Topics” session was the reporting that Donald Trump fell asleep during the first day of his criminal trial in New York. The cohosts each presented their perspectives on the matter of Trump’s trial, largely agreeing that it is an “unprecedented” and “shameful” situation. They ran into some friction, however, when they got to the second segment of the discussion about New Hampshire Gov. Caitlyn Jenner, who married Kris Jenner shortly after the Kardashian matriarch’s divorce from Robert Kardashian, who was Simpson’s defense attorney during the murder trial, was among the first to react on social media. “Good Riddance #OJSimpson,” she tweeted.

Cameras on Thursday’s installment of The View began rolling live minutes after it was announced that the infamous O.J. Simpson had died at the age of 76, so the cohosts addressed the matter of his death first thing on the show. Top of mind for all of them, though, was his live-televised trial and ultimate acquittal for the murders of wife Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. Whoopi Goldberg made the initial announcement, saying, “Just before we went on air today, news broke that O.J. Simpson has passed away at age 76. He was battling cancer. And he’s passed, so we didn’t want you to sort of not know, because we just got it, so we’re passing it on to you.” Sunny Hostin was the first to comment, revealing her personal and professional connections to the story: “Can I just say, who doesn’t remember the trial of the century?...

The View has a great lineup at regular times. Whoopi Goldberg is there on Mondays, and Joy Behar fills in for her on Fridays.
Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin are the mainstays, with Ana Navaro floating around as needed.
With an earthquake, eclipse, and a recent fire, things have been abnormal on the set.
And now a familiar face has been missing since this Tuesday, causing a massive gap in the otherwise steady team.
Sara Haines went missing abruptly, with Whoopi addressing why early during the week. The last time Sara missed, she was sick, but not this time.
Sara gave fans a clue about where she was on her Instagram reels but not why she was missing her seat on The View.

The View has seen its share of excitement lately with all the commotion from earthquakes and eclipses to show-interrupting audience members intent on disturbing the filming.
Last week, after a 4.8-magnitude earthquake hit the northeast, a late-emergency alarm sounded during the live taping of The View.
After the shock of that wore off, it was difficult for the ladies to settle in and resume the show. Yet they again showed that they are professionals and can pull it together.
Then, there was all the excitement of the eclipse, and Sunny Hostin took heat from Fox News by declaring that the earthquake and eclipse were caused by climate change.

It’s been one drama after another for the cohosts of The View lately. After grappling with an earthquake last week and an eclipse on Monday, they had to deal with a building fire on Wednesday. This morning, we had to evacuate the studio because there was a fire that we did not start. We don’t know who started it. We don’t know what started it” Part-time cohost Ana Navarro then shared how she knew something was wrong in ABC Studios ahead of the show, saying, “I was coming in from the from the airport, and … it was a ‘Hot Topics’ meeting. The View‘s “Hot Topics” segment got a bit personal for several of the cohosts, especially Sunny Hostin. In the episode, Hostin, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, and Alyssa Farah Griffin (note: Sara Haines was absen t Tuesday) talked about a viral video in which a woman contended that she was accused of not putting enough effort into her appearance by not wearing makeup. “I think that’s hard to tell [someone] because no one would ever ask a man why his face wasn’t made up, ever,” Goldberg said in reaction. “And to me, if I’m working on a pole, then you can talk to me about makeup. But if I’m working in a capacity where I have to talk to people and stuff, what does my face have to do with this? What does my makeup have to do with it?” Goldberg’s words were greeted with uproarious applause from the audience.

There was an unexpected empty chair on the set of The View on Tuesday morning. While Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin were all on hand to discuss the hot topics of the day, Sara Haines was noticeably missing, despite being present for Monday’s eclipse-themed show. After the first commercial break, Goldberg finally addressed the matter of Haines’ absence, explaining, “We were remiss. We needed to tell you that Sara’s out for a few days attending a funeral for a family friend. That’s why she’s not here. It got away from me, yeah.” On social media, viewers sent Haines notes of support, with one saying, “So sorry for your loss,” and another writing, “Aaaaawwww miss u @sarahaines and praying for u and the family.” TV Insider has reached out to Haines’ reps for comments and did not hear back at the time of publication.

The View got off to a fiery start on Monday morning as the cohosts — particularly Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar — got to work batting down one conspiracy theory after another related to the solar eclipse that’s crossing the nation, just days after they experienced a sizable earthquake in New York City. As always, the opening music was a tribute to the occasion, as they walked onto the stage to the tune of The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights.” Then, they encouraged audiences to wear special eclipse-specific sunglasses to avoid being, well, blinded by the light. “You will not be blinded by the light unless you do something dumb like this,” Goldberg said, while pointing to a photo of then-President Donald Trump staring at the sky without his own eye protection. “Unless you know that the glasses you have are eclipse glasses, do not put them on to look at the sun.

Donald Trump is not only the 45th President of America, but he’s also throwing his hat into the ring once again to try and become the 47th President of the U.S.
A very polarizing political figure, in addition to being the leader of the free world, he also has real-estate mogul to his resume, as well as actor, appearing in many movies over the years.
But, why has he had so many cameos in the past? During a Hollywood Reporter interview, actor Matt Damon stated that Trump had a special requirement for filmmakers who wanted to use any of his properties in their films, and that was apparently to give him a small movie role in the flick.
Most of these movie appearances have caught fans completely off guard. Below is the top “unexpected” movie cameos Donald Trump has made.

Mario Van Peebles has been tapped to direct “That’ll Be the Day,” the story of how Buddy Holly and other musicians of the late 1950s helped give birth to rock ‘n’ roll and influence the wider societal and cultural landscape, including the civil rights movement.
Music has been central to much of Van Peebles’ work, from his 1991 gangster movie “New Jack City” to his work on “Wu-Tang: An American Saga,” which he co-executive produced for Hulu. His 2003 docudrama “Baadasssss!” pays homage to his father’s groundbreaking film “Sweet Sweetback’s Baadasssss Song.” His latest film,...

Fans of The View tune in to see the ladies, led by Whoopi Goldberg, discuss the hot topics of the day, each giving their own take on situations.
The show occasionally has musical guests or cooking segments like Joy Behar and her lasagna. These are nice breaks between the heavy politics that are the mainstay.
One segment has fans tuning out as soon as it comes on, which is unfortunate for the popular talk show.
Recently, on Reddit, fans took the show to task over a segment that not many people like.
The View Your Deal segment is taking some heat on social media for a couple of reasons that fans agree on, and it’s not a good look for The View.
The segment includes ladies like Sara Haines or Sunny Hostin hawking discounted wares to the viewers, but some are annoyed with that portion of the show.

On Tuesday’s edition of The View, the hosts dug into a wealth of hot-button issues, starting with Donald Trump‘s social media posting of an image showing President Joe Biden bound and lying horizontally on the back of a truck embellished with Trump flags. The image was roundly rebuked by the news media, which largely refused to show the image, and host Whoopi Goldberg opened the show by suggesting the former Potus needs a visit from the Secret Service. “You Know Who spent the most sacred weekend on the Catholic calendar posting rants about the judge in his New York fraud case, making false claims about the judge’s daughter, and reposting a violent image of President Biden that we are not going to show you here today,” Goldberg said. “These rants violate the court’s gag order, so why does he keep getting away with it? That image is so violent.

The ever-controversial ladies on The View interviewed Marco Perego and Zoë Saldaña this week on the show about their upcoming flick, The Absence of Eden.
During the segment, Joy Behar seemingly let the cat out of the bag when it came to a new and major film role for her co-host, Whoopi Goldberg.
“The View’s” – Joy Behar Makes A Mistake
While Perego and Saldaña were on The View to promote their new movie, which is about migrants in America, fellow co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin mentioned the buzz around a Star Trek fourth installment reboot.
Since Zoë participated in the last three of the franchise’s editions, Alyssa asked the actress what she could tell their viewers about the project. Saldaña turned to Goldberg and the two started a bit of a giggle-fest.
Whoopi said, “Maybe,” and Saldaña laughed and noted, “Just a little bit”, which prompted Behar to say,...
