Mila Kunis is shutting down the possibility of returning to That ’90s Show Season 2, including Ashton Kutcher.
In a new interview, the actress revealed that she and Kutcher would not be reprising their That ’70s Show characters when the sequel series returns to Netflix.
“No,” Kunis told Et when asked if she and her husband Kutcher would return to the sitcom. “I mean, we did our thing, and they introduced our son in the show.”
Kunis, who was on the red carpet of the PaleyFest in L.A. to celebrate Family Guy, where she voices Meg Griffin, was alongside her co-star Seth Green, who interjected to say he would guest star on That ’90s Show.
“I’ve already done an episode of it, and I’m going back to do another one,” Green said.
Green had a recurring role on That ’70s Show, playing Mitch Miller, the nemesis of Topher Grace’s Eric Forman.

RoboCop became both a blockbuster and a controversial critical darling upon its release in 1987 due to a mix of jet black humor and as subtle as a jackhammer social commentary sticking a perfect landing. Its success was a surprise to an industry that had looked at Edward Neumeier and Michael Miner’s original script with its simplistic one-word comic book title and assumed it was fated to be a high-concept stinker.
The 2023 RoboDoc documentary miniseries does a terrific job of chronicling the effort it took to turn RoboCop into both a box office win and an enduring cult masterpiece with a quick and funny format that makes it accessible to modern fans. I’m trying to decrease my usage of “good” and “bad” when discussing art. They are lazy shortcuts that distill creativity into the simplest qualitative assessments as if art is worth boiling down to a pure binary outlook. It’s why whenever any movie is widely labeled “good,” I can’t help but approach it with some increased skepticism. Conversely, “bad” movies always pique my interest, and I’m more likely to look deeper for their successful elements than what I find from the consensus.

It is 36 years since RoboCop blasted its way onto UK cinema screens and made a splash of epic, gruesome, proportions. With that a cult-like following is born and the film’s influence cannot be overstated.
RoboDoc: The Creation of RoboCop is an incredibly methodical ‘making of’ documentary that has now set the standard and an exceptionally high one, no less. It comes as no surprise with the success of their recent projects which include Hollywood Dreams & Nightmares: The Robert Englund Story and Pennywise: The Story of It.
The documentary oozes passion and is testament to its directors Christopher Griffiths and Eastwood Allen clear love for the film in a project that has been over seven years in the making.
This four part series spans over more than four hours is nothing short of a triumph, it is forensic in its analysis and brings to life the chaos of the RoboCop shoot and does so brilliantly.

We all make moral decisions when we engage with art, consciously or not. For some, an element of a film’s moral makeup crosses a line and makes it reprehensible. This can be in relation to the fiction of the piece or the real world events that took place surrounding the movie. If you, Dear Reader, have such strong moral convictions and/or are sensitive to taboo topics in your movies, then The Crush is not going to be the ‘90s horror flick for you.
Because The Crush is pure sleaze on the screen and even ickier behind the scenes.
The story alone will likely draw a line in the sand for more than a few potential viewers. Journalist Nick Eliot rents a guest house from a well-to-do family and runs into (almost literally) their 14-year-old daughter, Adrian. Adrian becomes smitten with Nick and his behavior doesn’t exactly discourage...

Since its premiere early this year, the new Netflix comedy ‘That 90’s Show’ has certainly risen to the top of the streaming platform’s several lists.
Stats are super impressive and this can be understood thanks to the fact that during the first week of its worldwide release, the series managed to top the streamer’s Top 5 English TV Shows in 25 countries and surpassed 41 million hours in terms of total views.
Approximately a month later, it managed to remain on the top 10 list and surprisingly enjoyed more views – so it’s safe to say that the expectations are rather high for the second season as well.

Hanging out down the street, you could find the cast of That ’70s Show, Fox’s go-to sitcom from 1998-2006. Lasting eight seasons and even 200 episodes, That ’70s Show had an ensemble that found a charismatic group of characters in the Wisconsin burbs and making the most out of that basement. Making its debut on Fox in the fall of 1998, the show quickly became a cultural phenomenon. It made superstars out of much of its young cast, including Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Danny Masterson, Wilmer Valderrama, and even the adult leads, Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith (with Red Foreman a far cry from this role in Robocop).

That 70s Show was a popular young-adult sitcom that ran from 1998 to 2006. The show starred Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, and Topher Grace, among other actors, and followed the lives of teenagers who spent a little too much time in their parents’ basement.
Lisa Robin Kelly played Eric Foreman’s older sister, Laurie Foreman. However, Kelly only spent the first three seasons on the show before she left; she reappeared briefly but was later replaced with another actor for a guest appearance in season 5. Why did Kelly leave the show?

Ricci opens her message by acknowledging the painful reality when people who are loved and admired commit terrible acts. She emphasizes the importance of not discrediting abuse survivors,...

Kutcher called Masterson a “role model” and “a person that is consistently there for you when you need him.”
Kutcher says that in the 25 years he has known Masterson, “Danny has been nothing but a positive influence on me. He’s an extraordinarily honest and intentional human being.” Kutcher and Masterson have been friends for over 20 years, starting from being co-stars on That ’70s Show. Ashley Hinshaw took to her Instagram Story on Friday and posted a message of support to all sexual assault victims. “To every rape victim that is [re-traumatized] by witnessing society debate and focus their attention on what is going to happen to the Rapist…I see you,” she wrote over a photo of trees on a clear and sunny day.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are apologizing for writing character letters on behalf of their That ’70s Show co-star Danny Masterson in the rape cases against him.
The actors took to Instagram to address the pain they may have caused with their letters, noting they did not intend to hurt anyone.
“We are aware of the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson,” Kutcher began in the video posted to his Instagram on Saturday. “We support victims. We have done this historically through our work and will continue to do so in the future,” Kunis added, sitting alongside her husband.
They explained that Masterson’s family reached out to them a couple of months ago and asked them to write letters to represent the person they had known for 25 years, so the judge could take that into consideration in regards to his sentencing.

In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday, Kutcher explained that the “character letters,” as he called them, were written at Masterson’s family’s request.

Los Angeles, Sep 9 (Ians) Actors and star couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have written in support of the rape accused actor Danny Masterson, ahead of his sentencing, vouching for his character.
Kutcher and Kunis wrote letters in an effort to urge the judge for a lesser sentencing. Both the actors have previously worked with Masterson. Kutcher and Kunis starred in ‘That ’70s Show’ with him, which ran for eight seasons and 200 episodes between 1998 and 2006.
Kutcher then again starred with Masterson on the web series, ‘The Ranch’, though Masterson was written out of the show in its third season, after being accused of sexual assault in 2017.

The judge overseeing Danny Masterson’s criminal case handed the actor the maximum allowable sentence, resisting calls from nearly 50 of his family, friends and colleagues to allow him to serve his prison term concurrently rather than consecutively.
Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Kurtwood Smith, Debra Jo Rupp and David Trainer — all of whom worked alongside Masterson in That ’70s Show — wrote to the court as character references urging Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo to offer Masterson leniency in letters dated between July and August, after he was convicted in May. They mostly touted his commitment to discouraging the use of drugs.
Masterson on Thursday was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison. Though she had the choice to restrict his sentence to 15 years to life, Olmedo declined to do so.
Masterson will be eligible for parole in roughly 25 years, when he’s 72 years old.

That ’70s Show star Danny Masterson was sentenced to thirty years in prison yesterday after being found guilty of two counts of sexual assault. Prior to the sentencing, more than fifty people wrote letters to Judge Charlaine Olmedo to voice their support for Danny Masterson and to urge for a lesser sentence. Two of the people who wrote letters were Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, who starred alongside Masterson on That ’70s Show.
Danny Masterson’s defence was asking for 15 years to life, so everyone who wrote letters to Judge Olmedo likely knew that he would at least be serving that time.
Ashton Kutcher counted Masterson as a friend and role model in his letter. “As a role model, Danny has consistently been an excellent one,” Kutcher wrote. “I attribute not falling into the typical Hollywood life of drugs directly to Danny. Any time that we were to meet someone...

Having publicly hoped earlier this year that Danny Masterson would be found “innocent” of rape charges in his retrial, Ashton Kutcher also sought to convince the judge in his That 70s Show co-star’s case of what a great guy the defendant is.
“Not only is he a good friend to me I’ve witnessed him be a good friend to others and the kind of brother others would be lucky to have,” Kutcher wrote Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo late last month as Masterson awaited sentencing on being found guilty of two counts of rape this spring. “As a role model, Danny has consistently been an excellent one. I attribute not falling into the typical Hollywood life of drugs directly to Danny,” Kutcher said as one of many high profile names like Mila Kunis advocating on Masterson’s behalf.
On September 7, 47-year-old Masterson was sentenced to 30 years behind bars by Judge Olmedo.

Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and other friends, family members and “That ’70s Show” castmates sent heartfelt letters seeking leniency for Danny Masterson, describing him as a strictly drug-free devoted family man – though the judge wound up giving him the maximum sentence of 30 years to life anyway.
Masterson was convicted in May on two counts of forcible rape for separate assaults alleged by two women around 2013. A first trial late last year resulted in a hung jury, but prosecutors re-tried the case and were more prepared to support the victims’ claims that they had been drugged prior to being attacked this time around.
Notably, the letters to Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo, from former castmates, professional collaborators and wife Bijou Phillips repeatedly highlight Masterson’s drug-free lifestyle – Kutcher even credits his friend for keeping drugs out of the question as the group of young actors rose to fame together.

The perils and plights of adolescence have long been a source of fascination for television audiences. That’s particularly apparent nowadays with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Showtime, FX, and others vying for zeitgeist dominance with teen-focused dramas playing to a variety of creative strengths. As narratives have gotten more sophisticated overall across the TV landscape, it makes sense that the ways in which we look at stories about young people have also evolved. Ready for a mind-bending time warp? We’re now more removed from That ‘70s Show’s series premiere than viewers were removed from that first episode’s 1976 timeframe when the Fox sitcom debuted on August 23, 1998, 25 years ago now. Eric uses those wheels to go to a concert with his friends Donna (Laura Prepon), Hyde (Danny Masterson), and Kelso (Ashton Kutcher), plus foreign exchange student Fez (Wilmer Valderrama)… with Kelso bringing girlfriend Jackie (Mila Kunis) along, much to the others’ dismay. That seminal episode, however, isn’t among fans’ very favorites. According to IMDb voters, below are the best installments from That ‘70s Show’s eight-season run. 10. Twice a month Joe Lipsett will dissect a new Amityville Horror film to explore how the “franchise” has evolved in increasingly ludicrous directions. This is “The Amityville IP.”
We’ve reached the last of the studio Amityville films with writer/director Franck Khalfoun’s Amityville: The Awakening (2017). It’s taken this editorial series a while to reach this milestone because we’re going through the Amityville films chronologically, though anyone familiar with the troubled production history of the film could feasibly argue this should have been covered back among the 2014 films (when the film was originally filmed) or 2016 (when reshoots were done and the film was originally scheduled for release).
In addition to those 2016 reshoots – the results of poor audience scores – the film was derailed due to its ties to the Weinstein/#MeToo movement. It was eventually dumped onto Google Play for free in late 2017.
Putting aside the scheduling challenges,...

In addition to those 2016 reshoots – the results of poor audience scores – the film was derailed due to its ties to the Weinstein/#MeToo movement. It was eventually dumped onto Google Play for free in late 2017.
Putting aside the scheduling challenges,...

There’s a missing face at the That ’70s Show 25th anniversary activation at San Diego Comic-Con. Danny Masterson, who co-starred as Eric Forman’s best friend Steven Hyde in the Fox sitcom, is conspicuously missing from a shot of the main ensemble cast at the activation behind the Omni hotel.
Masterson was found guilty of two counts of forcible rape in his retrial in May and faces up to 30 years behind bars at his sentencing next month.
That ’70s Show starred Masterson, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Topher Grace, Laura Prepon, Kurtwood Smith, Debra Jo Rupp, Lisa Robin Kelly and Wilmer Valderama.

San Diego Comic-Con is going to be a little different this year. Many studios had already dropped out of presenting, including Marvel, Sony, HBO, Universal, and Netflix, and now that SAG-AFTRA has joined the WGA on the picket lines, you can pretty much kiss any panel involving writers or actors goodbye. The official Comic-Con schedule has been updated with a list of cancelled panels, which unfortunately includes Dune: Part Two, The Boys spin-off series Gen V, Amazon’s The Wheel of Time, Lionsgate’s upcoming The Strangers trilogy, and more.

When That ’70s Show ended, Wilmer Valderrama promised himself not to do the Fez voice again. However, things changed when 17 years later the sitcom got a sequel series on Netflix with That ’90s Show.
“You come around so many years later, you get an opportunity, and you get this phone call saying, ‘Hey, they’re bringing the band back together and it’s the same writers and the same producers and all of that. Will you be open to playing Fez again?'” Valderrama said during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. “And I had to really think about it because first and foremost, I was like, ‘Can I still do the voice?'”
That ’70s Show ended in 2006 and Valderrama was ready to move on from the character he played on the Fox sitcom for 8 seasons adding, “I had sworn and literally promised myself that I would never...

It’s a great time to love vintage TV. Not only can you stream almost every show, but a lot of the great shows are back with their original casts. Fuller House sort of started the ball rolling with other ‘80s and ‘90s TV sitcoms looking for a revival.
L-r: Kapil Talwalkar, Melissa Rauch, John Larroquette, India de Beaufort, and Lacretta | Jordin Althaus/NBC
While fans of any show would consider their revival the best, Showbiz Cheat Sheet tried to take a more objective view. Here are the five best sitcom revivals, with an honorable mention for Night Court because it only has one original cast member but still follows the format successfully.
