- Jered Barclay was born on November 22, 1930 in Seattle, Washington, USA. He was an actor, known for War of the Satellites (1958), Front Row Center (1955) and The Transformers (1984). He died on July 23, 2022 in North Hollywood, California, USA.
- In the 1980s he launched a career as an acting coach. Among his clients were Rue McClanahan and Dixie Carter, as well as Johnny Depp, Liza Minnelli and Lily Tomlin. In 1993 he became an international travel photojournalist.
