Sigfrido Barjau born in Mexico City, Mexico
Studied the Basic Training of Cinematographic Lenguage from 1980 to
1983, and the Speciality in Direction and Edition from 1983 to 1984 at
the 'Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC)', same in that he worked as Adviser of Edition and
Cinematographic Postproducción from 1984 to 1987.
At the same center, he performed as Coordinator of the Area of
Production and as teacher and adviser of the Edition class from 1987 to
1994.
He was Masterful of Assembly in the Graduate: "The Cinema: Art and
Communication", organized by the UAM and Cinemanía (1997).
He has worked in the editing of diverse films like
La mujer de Benjamín (1991),
Sin remitente (1995),
Un embrujo (1998),
Cuentos de hadas para dormir cocodrilos (2002), among others.
In addition he has worked as Director and Assistant of director in
diverse series for television and has been Director of Publishing on
the CNCA in 1997.
