Octavian Cotescu was born on 14 February 1931 in Dorohoi, Botosani, Romania. He was an actor, known for Bunicul si doi delincventi minori (1976), The Carpathian Castle (1981) and The Secret of Bacchus (1984). He died on 22 August 1985 in Bucharest, Romania.
