Teri Diver(1965-2001)

Tiny (under five feet), sexy, and attractive Irish redhead Teri Diver was born Bonnie Jean Oden on September 6, 1965 in California. Diver became an emancipated youth at age 13 and graduated from high school ahead of her class. She attended college early and majored in behavior modification. At age 18, she started stripping in order to pay her way through college. After college, Diver worked as a school teacher as well as a counselor at the weight loss clinic Nutri-System part-time. When Diver found herself having trouble financially keeping herself afloat, noted adult filmmaker Henri Pachard convinced her to try her hand at porn. Diver first began performing in explicit hardcore movies at age 25 in 1990; she not only acted in a slew of X-rated pictures, but also wrote and directed a handful of porn features. Moreover, She also wrote a regular behind-the-scenes column for the adult publication Oui. She was married to porn actor/director Tom Elliot (a.k.a. Ren Savant) and had a daughter named Brandy Jean (born 1983). Diver died at the tragically young age of 35 from an accidental prescription drug overdose on January 2, 2001.
