One Piece Episode 1100 not only brought the rematch between Monkey D. Luffy and Rob Lucci, but it also revealed Sun God Nika and his powers to the Straw Hat Pirates. As Luffy transformed into Gear 5, Vegapunk explained to the other members who Nika was and his importance to the history of the Ancient Kingdom.

While the other Straw Hat Pirates were shocked to learn about Luffy’s role as Sun God Nika, the newest addition to the group, Jinbe, had a different reaction to the news. He was instantly able to connect the Gear 5 powers with the Sun God, even after seeing it for the first time.
This has led One Piece fans to believe that there is a chance that Jinbe might be connected to or knew about Sun God Nika’s existence from the very beginning.

Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece is full of surprises. Often, it leaves the fans speechless and spellbound. One Piece has been running for 25 years, and even after so many years, it managed to hold on to its magic. Monkey D. Luffy is the main protagonist of the anime, but that does not stop the fans from taking an interest in other pirates. They sometimes also take sides with antagonists.
Due to Eiichiro Oda’s habit of maintaining secrets and revealing them when necessary, fans often create their own theories. There are instances when the theories were better than the original story. One of the mysterious characters in One Piece is Marshall D. Teach. Even after there being tons of fan theories based on him, they devised a new one, and it looks like they might be onto something.

One Piece Egghead Island arc has put the protagonist Monkey D. Luffy against the most terrifying and difficult-to-defeat enemies that Luffy has ever encountered. He is currently fighting the Five Elders on the island, to protect his crew and his other friends who he made on Egghead(Vegapunk and Bonney).
One Piece – Egghead Arc
For his battle against the Five Elders, the most powerful weapon that Luffy has is his Gear 5 mode, which he uses to not only defeat the former Emperor of the Sea but also beat Admiral Kizaru. Although the full potential of the gear 5 is unknown, it is the only weapon that can save Luffy and help him escape from Egghead Island.
However, there is a problem with the Gear 5 mode. According to a theory, whenever Luffy undergoes the Gear 5 transformation, he loses a sense of himself. This means that the more he uses the Gear 5 form,...

Eiichiro Oda has always been careful with One Piece’s storytelling. He leaves subtle details between the plots, which often get overlooked. One such event happened during the Skypiea arc when the names of the four Gods were revealed. The fans later found out that the four Gods represented the four strongest Devil Fruit after Monkey D. Luffy was revealed to be Sun God Nika.
Following the same mannerism, the mangaka might also have revealed the strongest of the Five Elders. With One Piece coming to an end soon, the Egghead Island arc has featured the true extent of Saint Jaygarcia Saturn’s powers. His power level shocked Luffy, Zoro, Kizaru, and Rob Lucci. Even though he has terrifying abilities, he is not the strongest member of the Gorosei.
Who Is The Strongest Member of the Gorosei? Five Elders
Gorosei is referred to as the Warrior God and holds the second highest authority after Imu-Sama.

The One Piece world is filled with epic battles and fights that are considered some of the most interesting combats in anime history. Between these fights, the one character that makes the most appearances is Luffy, the protagonist of the series. Over almost 30 years, Luffy has had some great battles where he came out victorious almost every time.
Straw Hat Luffy in One Piece
However, he may not always win the fight on the first try. It takes him some time to adapt to his enemies and their fighting style and then come up with a technique or move that can defeat them. This is how he developed the infamous Gear forms that saved him from the likes of Rob Lucci, Doflamingo, and even the Strongest Creature in the world, Kaido.
Among all of his battles, preferably the hardest and the most thrilling one as of yet is his fight against Kaido.

It is not an uncommon sight to see how Mangakas often take inspiration from other franchises while working on their own projects. Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece, is one such mangaka who has even gone to the lengths to reveal from where he took the reference for the latest Luffy’s power transformation.
Luffy Gear 5 was something that many had been waiting for years, and we finally got to see it in One Piece chapter 1044, followed by an animated adaptation last year. There are some obvious references in these particular chapters and episodes taken from one of the most iconic and legendary cartoon shows ever.

What is the One Piece? The one question that hasn’t been answered in 27 years and fans have been still eagerly waiting for Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates to finally reach Laugh Tale and discover the treasure and reveal it to the world. But they still have a long way to go before they reach anywhere close to Laugh Tale.
One Piece
The anticipation of finding the reality of the treasure has driven fans to the point where they have developed countless theories about what can the One Piece treasure be. Some believe that it is the journey that the Straw Hat Pirates are going through, while some believe that it is a weapon that will destroy the Red Line.
While these theories have their flaws, there is one theory that has been shared on the internet and it will leave the fans stunned. According to the theory, Eiichiro Oda already foreshadowed the treasure.

New York City is set to honor Wu-Tang Clan in a big way for the 30th anniversary of their seminal debut, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). Not only has Mayor Eric Adams declared November 9th as Wu-Tang Day, but the Empire State Building will be lit up in the group’s signature black and yellow colors.
Released on November 9th, 1993, 36 Chambers was an instant classic as the group of nine rappers — RZA, Gza, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killa, Inspectah Deck, U-God, and Masta Killa — came together to spit hardcore rhymes over kung fu movie samples and hard-hitting snares on songs like “Protect Ya Neck” and “C.R.E.A.M.”
Earlier this year, RZA wrapped up the final season of his Hulu series, Wu-Tang: American Saga, documenting the rise of Wu-Tang Clan, which he discussed in an interview with Consequence. The group’s mastermind is currently celebrating the...

Always one to balk in the face of convention, RZA this fall will turn the orchestral concept of “chamber music” — small ensembles playing ornate works — into “chambers music”: a symphony orchestra interpreting Wu-Tang Clan’s blockbuster 1993 debut Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) live onstage. The performances will take place at New York City’s Gramercy Theatre on Nov. 7, 8, and 9 — the last date of which marks the album’s 30th anniversary. The gigs are billed with a mouthful of a title: “36 Chambers of Shaolin and a Ballet Through Mud.” On Instagram,...

Nominated for the Palme d'Or in 1974, “Himiko” is one of the most renowned titles of both Atg and Masahiro Shinoda, perhaps for the way it manages to channel both “Horrors of Malformed Men” and Kurosawa's colored works, although the latter actually succeeded the film.

The story follows the myth of the Sun Goddess, Himiko, who is the earliest Japanese historical figure documented in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean history, although her existence, identity, and location have been the source of endless debate. Nevertheless, the consensus talks about a queen-shaman who was ruling Yamatai, the Kingdom of the Sun before Japan became a specific, separate entity. In the film, she is a shaman who speaks for the Sun God, being revered in the society she lives in but also constrained by the will of her people for her to be a sacred entity.

"Wu-Tang: An America Saga" may be bidding fans farewell after an impressive three-season run, each full of exciting hip-hop misadventures, but the story isn't ending without one last mind-blowing lap. The hit biopic drama, which made its splashy debut back in 2019, kicked off its third and final season on Hulu on Feb. 15, jumping to Wu-Tang Clan's wild success years after the big basement flood that almost ruined their solo albums. As the crew try to ride out their five-year plan - orchestrated by leader Bobby, aka RZA (Ashton Sanders) - the downsides of money, power, and fame test their will to stick together.
Fans of "Wu-Tang: An America Saga" are certainly sad to see the imaginative, truth-inspired hip-hop series come to an end, but the cast - which includes Sanders, Shameik Moore (Sha Raider/Raekwon), Siddiq Saunderson (Dennis Coles/Ghostface Killah), Tj Atoms (Ol' Dirty Bastard), Dave East (Method Man...

After a long and heart-wrenching break-up last year, my final task in the moving-out process involved lugging box-after-box of back-breakingly heavy, hernia-inducing vinyl records. Woeful, sure, but what really made all those heaves and humps solemn was that I actually find a huge chunk of those records – mainly the hip-hop ones I bought as a young man and never sold – to be absolute trash today. Vile, bigoted, offensive trash. Welcome to the life of grown-up music fans everywhere: concerned about cultural sensitivity and back pain in equal measure.
It wasn’t always like this. I cut my teeth as a DJ playing hip-hop. The first time I ever played a club was bottom-of-the-bill supporting turntable pioneer Grandmaster Flash. Vile, bigoted, offensive trash. Welcome to the life of grown-up music fans everywhere: concerned about cultural sensitivity and back pain in equal measure.

It’s easy to forget that in his early 2000s heyday, Ja Rule had a case to be considered the biggest hip-hop artist in the world.

The summer hot streak continues this weekend with Thor: Love and Thunder, which easily took first place as it brought in 143 million in its debut, with 29 million of that coming from Thursday previews. The Taika Waititi-directed superhero film, which opened in 4,375 theaters and got 36 of its gross from IMAX, Plf, 3D, and Motion screens, is the second Marvel Cinematic Universe release of the year, and while the opening numbers aren't up there with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (still the year's biggest opening with 187 million), they are the biggest for the God of Thunder's solo films, beating Thor: Ragnarok by 16. This continues the trend of each Thor film being bigger than the last, at least in the opening weekend, and in the coming weeks we'll get a sense of whether it can maintain its pace to surpass Ragnarok's 315 million domestic and 854 million worldwide cumes.

The following contains super minor spoilers for “Thor: Love and Thunder.”
Ever since Tony Stark took up the mantle of Iron Man, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has boasted some of the most spectacular makeovers in the history of the superhero genre. Yes, constantly updating character costumes from big franchises is a surefire way to sell more T-shirts and toys. But it can also be an efficient manner of communicating seismic emotional shifts to an action-loving audience.
Over the years, the visual journeys of the Avengers and their foes have consistently met the sweeping scale of the epic movies in which they star. The best Marvel makeovers don’t just change the way someone looks. Instead, they inform that character’s story arc, accenting their victories and defeats, as well as reaffirming aspects of their unique identity. Inclusive representation has improved as the films have progressed, taking female heroes like Natasha Romanoff...

“Thor: Love and Thunder” is the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and it stays close to time honored traditions of the MCU including, of course, introducing a new character during one of the credits sequences.
This time around Thor is dealing with uncertainty and malaise following the events of “Avengers: Endgame.” Emotionally adrift and hanging with the Guardians of the Galaxy (including Chris Pratt’s Star Lord), he soon gets the shock of his life – not only is his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) back in his life, but she also now wields the power of Thor. Together, they team up to stop the evil Gor the God Butcher (Christian Bale) from sending the universe into chaos. You know, the usual. But it’s what happens after this classic Thor adventure that we’ll be discussing today, specifically the first post-credits sequence (more of a mid-credits sequence really).
Major spoiler warning!

For many gamers who grew up in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat-em-up games were a strange, yet undeniable part of our childhoods. At a time when most video games based on popular properties were…well, terrible, the Tmnt games almost always delivered. It was always a little wild that the adventures of a group of teenage turtles with ninja skills and mutant powers became such a pop culture sensation. It was always even crazier that those same turtles became one of the most reliable sources for truly great video games.
Of course, a lot has changed since the ‘90s. Konami, the company that made most of those Tmnt games, has burned bridges, salted the earth, and has decided to choose record profits and Pachinko machines over making actual video games. Tmnt remains strangely popular, but the franchise is obviously a different beast these...

Ghostface Killah is set to release NFTs based around previously unpublished lyrics the founding Wu-Tang Clan rapper wrote over 20 years ago.
The latest high profile artist to jump in on the buzzy tech craze, Ghost tells Rolling Stone he was looking back through notebooks of old lyrics — some of them over 20 years old — as he was getting ready for the 25th anniversary of his debut solo album Ironman. He and his team decided those lyrics would be a good foot in the water to determine how the Nft marketplace would fit for him going forward.
