Following a smash-hit Edinburgh debut, Us actress, comedian and writer Lucie Pohl takes her 5-star solo show 'Hi, Hitler', directed by Solo Nova's Jessi D. Hill, to the Leicester Square Theatre in London for one night only, after having made her Edinburgh Festival debut at the prestigious Gilded Balloon in August. Lucie's heil-arious autobiographical solo comedy unravels the life of a German-Jewish immigrant girl, fascinated by Der Fuhrer at age 4.

The Wild Root Company, a New York City-based production endeavor committed to the development of new work from emerging playwrights and screenwriters, will present two industry readings of rising playwright Jonathan Kravetz's hysterical farce The Beast in My Pants. The readings will be held today, April 17, 2014 at 300 and 800 pm at The Creative Center at Manhattan Theatre Club. Jessi D. Hill Associate Artistic Director of terraNOVA Collective will direct. Sean Hudock will produce the readings.

Boneheaded moves aren't just for corny sitcoms anymore -- people do them in real life, too!  Like Florida's Assistant State Attorney Brandon White, who apparently became so bored during the trial of alleged gang member Antonio D. Hill, who was accused of assaulting two men with a gun, that he posted to his Facebook accont a little ditty he'd written about it, set to the tune of TV classic Gilligan's Island.  Here goes:

"Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,

a tale of a fateful trial

that started from this court

in St. Lucie County.

The lead prosecutor was a good woman,

the 2nd chair was totally awesome.

Six jurors were ready for trial that day

for a four hour trial,

a four hour trial.
