Isamu Kosugi was born on 24 February 1904 in Ishinomaki, Miyagi, Japan. He was an actor and director, known for Kono taiyô - Dai ippen (1930), Keiji monogatari: Tôkyô no meiro (1960) and Abare kishidô (1965). He died on 9 April 1983.
