Stage: Wrote / appeared in "Summer of the Seventeenth Doll," at the New Theatre in London, England, with Madge Ryan in the cast. NOTE: Filmed as Season of Passion (1959).
He was awarded the OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the 1981 Queen's New Years Honours List for his services to the performing arts.
