WWE Studios has begun production on Bending the Rules, a drama that allows Jamie Kennedy to go mano a mano with WWE ring star Adam "Edge" Copeland. Kennedy plays a district attorney who's trying to bring down a rogue New Orleans police detective (Copeland) on corruption charges. One the day the Da loses his case, his prized possession, a 1956 Studebaker Goldenhawk gets swiped and complications ensue as the lawyer tries to get his car back. TNT announced it will end its original drama series Saving Grace following a nine-episode run during the summer of 2010. Holly Hunter headlines and executive produces the series about Grace Hanadarko, a detective who approaches her life and work with a no-holds-barred attitude. Saving Grace is produced by Fox Television Studios; show creator Nancy Miller, Gary A. Randall and Artie Mandelberg also serve as executive producers for the series. The show's current third season concludes tomorrow night at 10p.

Nancy Miller's multi-layered spirited and spiritual drama "Saving Grace" is heading for the Summer Finale on Aug. 18 TNT will conclude the fascinating journey of Oklahoma City Police Det. Grace Hanadarko in 2010, when the network.s original series will come to an end. The show will wrap up with a nine-episode run planned for next summer. The provocative drama stars Oscar winner Holly Hunter (The Piano), who this year received the second of two consecutive Emmy® nominations for her stripped bare performance as Grace. Hunter also serves as executive producer along with show creator Nancy Miller (Any Day Now), Gary A. Randall (Any Day Now, Leaving L.A.) and Artie Mandelberg (Leaving L.A., Mr. & Mrs. Smith).

The run of TNT's drama series "Saving Grace" will come to an end with a nine-episode final season slated to air next summer.
Originally, the cable network had ordered a typical split 15-episode third season -- nine to run this summer and six in the winter.
TNT now has ordered three more episodes, which will be added to the six earmarked for winter, and the nine episodes will run next summer.
It is understood that TNT offered "Grace" producer Fox TV Studios a full-blown fourth-season pickup, but the studio declined to accept it for financial reasons.
"Grace" is an expensive drama fronted by an A-list talent, Oscar winner Holly Hunter.
Faced with the possibility for an abrupt end to the show, known for its woven story lines, TNT decided to order the extra episodes that would tie up all the loose ends. The network also opted give the show a proper sendoff in the summer,...
