  • Trivia
Tall, moustachioed character actor, who began his film career at Selig in 1912. After being initially cast in caddish or 'other man' roles, McCullough moved from comedies to essaying dastardly villains in westerns and melodramas for the remainder of the silent era. After his featured role as the chief menace in Tarzan the Fearless (1933), he went on to spend the next thirty-five years gainfully employed as one of the more prolific bit part players in Hollywood, often as assorted western townsfolk, barflys or hotel guests.
