- Producer
Alicia Minshew is best known for her portrayal of "Kendall Hart" on ABC's long running daytime drama "All My Children", earning her two Daytime Emmy nominations during those ten years. In 2015 she received her third Daytime Emmy nomination for the role of "Sara Preston" in the political streaming series "Beacon Hill" and then later her fourth Emmy nomination for the hit show "Tainted Dreams" streaming on Amazon. Aside from a handful of indie films, Alicia's prime time TV credits include Royal Pains, Hawaii Five-O, and the recurring role of Doctor Melissa Lomay on NBC's The Blacklist. She fell in love with producing when she helped produce her friend writer/director Markus Redmond's coming of age film "This is Now". The process of being creative on the other side of the camera and helping bring a story to life has fueled her passion to continue to produce (as well as write) various projects. She later teamed up with Stiff Jab Media to help bring the Staten Island story "Eltingville" to the small screen. "Eltingville" won Best TV Pilot at the Chicago Indie films awards and continues to win awards as it runs the festival circuit. Alicia continues to write and produce with Stiff Jab Media and will be producing the horror film "Amy, Darling" next. When Alicia is not working and spending time with her family, she can be found volunteering with the organization DOROT donating her time to helping isolated senior citizens in NYC.
