Oleg Mokshantsev was born on 30 December 1924 in Chisinau, Romania [now Moldova]. He was an actor, known for Po tonkomu ldu (1966), Ruslan and Ludmila (1972) and Heimkehr in ein fremdes Land (1976). He died on 22 January 2007 in Moscow, Russia.
