Mark Mueller is a two-time Emmy nominee and ASCAP award-winning
songwriter. He received his two Emmy nominations in the Best Song
category for the ABC series "Life Goes On" and the NBC series "Quincy."
His work in TV includes writing the title songs for Disney's animated
series "DuckTales" and "Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers." He also co-wrote
the script and was Executive Producer of a pilot for CBS titled
"Shangri-La Plaza." His songs have been featured in films including
"One Hour Photo," "Pokemon: The Movie," "Money Talks," "BAPS,"
"National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation," "The Last Starfighter" and
"Adventures in Babysitting."
Mueller has had three Billboard Top Ten singles on the Hot 100 chart (Jennifer Paige's "Crush" (#3); Amy Grant's "That's What Love Is For" (#7); and Heart's "Nothin' At All" (#10). "Crush" peaked at #2 on the R&R Top 40 airplay chart, while "That's What Love Is For" was a #1 Billboard AC and #4 R&R Top 40 airplay hit. Internationally, "Crush" hit #1 on the United World Chart and was a #4 single in the UK and #1 in Canada, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.
