Jordi Vilasuso is an Emmy Award-winning actor whose work spans daytime television, prime time dramas, and critically acclaimed feature films. Born in Miami and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, Jordi discovered his love for storytelling at an early age and began acting professionally at the age of 12.
He gained national recognition for his breakout role as Tony Santos on Guiding Light, which earned him the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in 2003. Jordi went on to deliver powerful performances on All My Children, Days of Our Lives, and The Young and the Restless - where his portrayal of Rey Rosales earned him his third Daytime Emmy nomination in 2022.
In addition to his acclaimed daytime work, Jordi has appeared in a variety of prime time series including CSI: Miami, Parks and Recreation, Graceland, and The Glades. On the big screen, he starred in the critically acclaimed psychological thriller The Invitation, which was named one of the top horror films of the 2010s by Entertainment Weekly. He also appeared in La Linea, starring Ray Liotta, and in The Lost City, directed by and starring Andy Garcia, alongside Bill Murray and Dustin Hoffman, further cementing his versatility across genres.
In 2024, Jordi joined the casts of the Emmy-winning digital series The Bay and the upcoming The BLVD, a sharp and stylish new drama set in a high-stakes PR firm in Los Angeles.
Beyond his acting career, Jordi is a devoted family man and a person of deep faith. He married actress Kaitlin Riley in 2012, and together they have three daughters: Riley Grace, Everly Maeve, and Lucy Noelle.
