Every night, we take turns and get cozy in our super-chic rocker and read at least two (but sometimes as many as five) books to Simone before she goes to bed. So we've read a lot of books in her nearly two years of life. There are some great books for kids, and a surprising number of really awful ones.

On Tuesday November 16, 2010, I had the pleasure of joining Ali Landry and Yum! Brands as they co-hosted their first La Area We Can Community-wide Food Drive benefiting the Burbank Temporary Aid Center and the Burbank Boys' and Girls' Club.

momlogic: Hi, Jacquie! Tell us a little about your passion for fashion.

Jacquie Bennett: I've always been a wannabe fashionista! When I was 16, I was happy as a little clam working as a sales clerk in a junior's department. I probably would've done that my whole life, but when I was graduating from high school, my father told me I had to go to college. He brought home an application to the Indiana University of Pa.

On the Jan. 12 episode of “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” these cuties announced that they are ready to make the move from guncles to dads, and are knee-deep in the adoption process. They dished to momlogic about how the adoption process is going, how Tori and Dean McDermott are helping, and what Liam and Stella are Really like at bath time!

Tori Spelling's "guncs" -- short for gay uncles -- are lovable staples on her reality show "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood." Now, Bill Horn and Scout Masterson are opening up about their desire to start a family.

The couple announced on the show that they had decided to adopt, and opened up to Momlogic about fatherhood, love and their relationship.

When asked if they've always wanted to be fathers, Bill replied, "I think I've always known it.

Vivian Manning-Schaffel: When we last saw them, Bill and Scout announced their intention to adopt a child. And from their vantage point on that journey, they were kind enough to share their thoughts about "gunc" life, love, and the pursuit of fatherhood.

Momlogic: Congrats on your decision to adopt! I cried when I saw that episode of the show. How long have you guys been in the process?

Scout: We started the process last February, but there were a good five to six months of just getting everything done, from paperwork to clearances to fingerprints to physicals to home visits. I think we went on the books when we were finally able to look for a birth mom in August.

Bill: I would say it was September.
