Jennifer is a creative senior producer and production consultant. She is a ten-time Primetime Emmy winner & over 30-time nominated Producer & EP, focusing on all animation disciplines. Over her career she has headed studio production for industry darling, Cartoon Network Studios, from its' inception through its sale to Warner Bros Discovery; as well as having produced individual projects for Nickelodeon, Sony, ABC, etc.

As Head of Cartoon Network Production for over 20 years she created diverse pipelines, working in multiple production disciplines, creating budgets, and management of top-level creatives, departments & production execution. Jennifer excels at supporting and pushing the creative vision while balancing production realities. Prior to her work in the Animation world, Jennifer worked as one of a handful of Production Supervisors for the ever quirky and much-loved Public Access Cable production arm out of Santa Monica, directing & supervising odd and odder shows. Her curiosity for human nature and her love of working in a collaborative production environment have never left; even during the height of COVID she worked to keep productions alive and producing creative art. She is a partner in Pat & Mike Productions, an independent production studio. Jennifer is producing projects and consulting on productions. She is also working on her book; "I'm pretty, pretty sure this is BULL**" about her time spent straddled between Corporate Media & the frequently underrated "Mom & Pop" Animation Industry. She lives in Glassell Park with a terrific guy and a terrible Beagle; and when she isn't working, she is doing absolutely nothing.
