Hollie Stevens was born Tia Kidwell in Kansas City, MO. She made both porn films and non-porn "B" films. At times she used the stage name Holly Wood. She was a long-time model for the magazine "Girls & Corpses". She made her debut in the adult-film industry in 2003.

In 2010 it was discovered she had breast cancer. After a 15-month struggle, she died on July 3, 2012, at age 30. Three weeks before her death, she got married.
