Tiny (5'2"), busty, and shapely blonde bombshell Brooke Haven was born
Serena Maria Maffucci on November 25, 1979. She's of mixed Irish,
Italian, and Venezuelan descent. Brooke grew up in the small country
town of Sonora in Southern California. Her first job was working at a
Taco Bell at age 14. Haven moved to San Francisco at age 19 and began
her career in the adult entertainment industry working for three and a

Underrated Star in 2008. Moreover, she has also been nominated for a
handful of AVN Awards. Haven has a non-exclusive contract with the
studio Vicious Media that enables her to work for other companies. In
