Born 1977. After graduating from Grammar School he started to study
audio-visual media sciences at the University of Hildesheim. During an
internship at the ZDF (Second German TV-Station) he was trained as a
camera assistant. Since 1999 he studied directing for feature films at
the Filmacademy Baden-Wurttemberg. In 2005 he finished his graduation
film _Letzten Tage, Die (2005) (TV)_ (The Last Days). This film is
being shown on festivals all around the globe (Hollywood Film Festival,
LA Shorts Film Festival, Kolkata Film Festival, St. Petersburg Film
Festival, CamerImage). It has received two awards (Ft. Lauderdale Film
Festival 2005 - 1st Price Best Student Film and at the Avignon Film
Festival 2006 - Best European Short Film Panavision Award).
His film work includes "Just in Time", a 15-minute corporate feature film for DPWN shot in Berlin, Italy, USA and Singapore. Awards: Deutscher Wirtschaftsfilmpreis 2006 / New York Festival 2007: Gold Medal and Grand Jury Award for Best Public Relations
And short stories filmed for Action UK 3 produces by Germany's Klett Verlag entirely shot in the UK.
