The panel comedy show, hosted by Hills and with Warhurst and Alan Brough as team captains, was aired for the last time last night after a seven-year run. When asked what emotions she feels about the end of the show, Warhurst told The ABC: "A lot at the moment. It didn't really feel real until the last few days when we've been talking a lot about it. Now it's happening and it won't be on any more and I'm not sure what I'll be doing next year! It's all very daunting but exciting." Hills said: "It was our choice. Your job is to explain to the camera - and therefore everyone at home - who everyone is and what you're talking about and to keep them involved. ''That's probably the secret of Spicks and Specks. For us, it wasn't a panel show, it wasn't a game show or a quiz show - it was a dinner party.'' Hills also claimed that, although Spicks and Specks (more)...

The ABC announces that after seven years on our screens, music game show Spicks and Specks will finish with a one-hour finale on Wednesday November 23, 2011 on ABC1.
Spicks and Specks draws a weekly audience of approximately 1.3million viewers, says a press release and has consistently been in the ABC’s top 10 shows between 2006-2010.
