Pascal's backstory has us convinced he's leaving Chicago Fire in season 13 finale
Image
Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney) did not end the penultimate episode of Chicago Fire season 13 on a high note. The 51 chief was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder, and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) was tasked with clearing his name. Whether or not Severide is successful remains to be seen, but we think Pascal will be done at 51 regardless of the legal outcome.

"The Bad Guy" was an important episode in multiple regards. It laid the groundwork for the finale, and allowed Severide to wield arson investigation skills that have been tucked away for the majority of the season. The biggest takeaway of the episode, however, was Pascal's backstory. We were introduced to the character as someone with a controversial reputation in Miami, but we got through almost the entire season without an explanation as to why. "The Bad Guy" gave us the why.

Pascal used to work for a man named Hendricks,...

Chicago Fire season 13 episode 21 recap: Pascal's dangerous past resurfaces
Image
"The Bad Guy" is a change of pace from the episode that preceded it. "Cut Me Open" may sound morbid on the surface, but the Chicago Fire story revolved around the personal lives of two of its most beloved characters: Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney).

"The Bad Guy," on the other hand, is an investigation into the complicated career of Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney), and the crime he may have committed using Cfd tools. Spoilers ahead!

The episode kicked off with some general 51 housekeeping. Kidd and Severide discussed how sad they were by the fact that they didn't become parents, and how they wanted to focus on work in the meantime. Then there was Herrmann (David Eigenberg), who made quite the awkward discovery as he was preparing to take his chief exam.

Apparently, Herrmann needs a recommendation from his chief before he can officially take the exam.

Chicago Fire was smart to postpone the Stellaride adoption (here's why)
Image
Chicago Fire likes to tell stories at a measured pace. It's been on for nearly a decade and a half, so it can afford to take its time. We've seen romances take seasons to gestate, engagements take months to result in marriages, and development ebb and flow depending on where a given character is at in their lives. The latest example of this practice was applied to Stellaride.

The beloved couple, made up of Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney), were on the cusp of adopting a baby in the season 13 episode "Cut Me Open." Once the baby was born, however, the birth mother decided that she wanted to keep it. Stellaride was crushed by this decision, but the delayed gratification of seeing the couple become parents has led us to step back and ask: are they ready? Does the show think they are ready?

Stellaride...

This act of loyalty showcases the strong bonds among the team, but it also raises questions about the risks involved in standing up for one another.

Meanwhile, Kidd faces her own set of challenges as she navigates the complicated relationship between Natalie and her sister. This storyline promises to delve into the complexities of family dynamics, highlighting the struggles and the love that often coexist in such relationships. It adds another layer of depth to the episode, as viewers will likely see how these personal issues affect the team’s dynamics.

Chicago Fire promo frames Pascal as "bad guy" after shocking criminal act
Image
Chief Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney) hit a personal and professional low point when his wife Monica (KaDee Strickland) was killed in Chicago Fire season 13. The character spiraled, looking for someone to blame, and acted recklessly on the job despite the consequences it had on his safety and career. We thought the worst was behind him, but the promo for "The Bad Guy" suggests otherwise.

The episode title definitely caught our eye when we first glimpsed it, but we did not expect Pascal to be the one positioned as the titular character. The promo shows that the man responsible for causing the car accident that took Monica Pascal's life gets caught up in another freak accident. Or at least, it resembles a freak accident.

Pascal is prime suspect in attempted murder

It turns out, the fuel line on the man's car had been cut, and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) discovers a...

Chicago Fire’s New Villain? Budget Cuts Dressed as ‘The Padlock’
Image
It’s always fun to hear that your favorite show has been renewed, but for Chicago Fire fans, it’s a bit of a double-edged sword.

On the one hand, we’re getting another season.

But on the other hand, we’re losing at least two series regulars.

(NBC/Screenshot)

That’s one way to smother all the excitement and make us wonder whether the show can recalibrate.

It has survived many cast changes in the past, but audiences are becoming more fickle due to the many options available outside of broadcast TV.

(Peter Gordon/NBC)

As a network, NBC needs shows to be fiscally responsible, so the cast changes aren’t too surprising.

'Chicago Fire' Season 13, Episode 21 Promo Teases Chief Pascal's Career-Ending Decision
Image
Dom Pascal's (Dermot Mulroney) world has not been the same since Monica Pascal (KaDee Strickland) died in an unfortunate road accident. The death of his wife turned Dom's world upside down, and the problem was that there was no one to blame for it. After spending a lot of time trying to find the evidence to implicate the other driver involved in the accident, it seemed like Pascal had accepted the reality of the situation and moved on. However, a sneak peek of Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 21, "The Bad Guy," hints that nothing was as resolved as everyone believed. In the episode airing next Wednesday, May 14, Severide (Taylor Kinney) investigates a car fire and uncovers surprising evidence. Meanwhile, Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) strengthens her bond with Natalie during a road trip, and Violet (Hanako Greensmith) receives a career opportunity after being featured in a local newspaper.

Did ‘Chicago Fire’ Just Reveal How Ritter & Carver Will Be Written Out?
Image
[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Chicago Fire Season 13 Episode 20 “Cut Me Open.”] It wasn’t a happy day for anyone, on or off shift, during the Wednesday, May 7, episode of Chicago Fire. First, Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) thought they were going to be adopting a baby and spent the day at the hospital, only for the mother to change her mind. Meanwhile, at the firehouse, Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Randy “Mouch” McHolland (Christian Stolte) got some troubling news about the state of the Cfd that could reveal how Darren Ritter and Sam Carver will be written out with Daniel Kyri and Jake Lockett both leaving at the end of Season 13. An efficiency expert, Ambrose Sterling, was sent to audit 51; he was evaluating the operational efficiencies of all houses in the Chicago Fire Department. The department was going through changes, he warned Herrmann and Mouch (the two officers at...

Chicago Fire season 13 episode 20 recap: Stellaride attempt to become parents
Image
Chicago Fire has not skimped out on the action in season 13. The firefighting drama has been jam packed during the second half of the season, in particular, and the episode "Cut Me Open" kept up this breakneck pace. Spoilers ahead!

The episode opened with an excited and slightly nervous Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) discussing their plans to adopt a child with 51 co-workers. Herrmann (David Eigenberg) gave them some much-needed words of encouragement, which makes sense given that he's a dad to five children, but these firefighters charted different paths shortly after.

Kidd and Severide thought they still had weeks before the woman, named Jade, who planned to give up her baby for adoption was due. Jade was under the same impression, as she'd yet to get through the entire adoption process before she suddenly went into labor. She was going to have to meet...

Hannah Asher isn't in Chicago Med season 10 episode 20 (here's the reason why)
Image
Dr. Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram) is on the short list of most important Chicago Med characters. She is instrumental to the character arcs of several people around her, including family members and the other employees at Gaffney Medical Center. Sadly, she won't be present for the episode "The Invisible Hand."

NBC confirmed that Asher will be missing in action during the episode, which airs Wednesday, May 7. The reasoning is not as dramatic or as concerning as one might initially think, though. Asher is not on call during "The Invisible Hand" because she took a sick day. Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) informs the rest of the Gaffney staff of Asher's decision at the beginning of the episode.

Chicago Fire's season 13 finale synopsis has us worried about this character's job
Image
We thought that we had taken our losses on April 16. That was the day Deadline confirmed that Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri) and Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) would not be coming back for another season of Chicago Fire. The more we have learned about the show's future, however, the more we've come to realize more characters are at risk. Especially come the season finale.

The details surrounding the final episode of season 13 have been scarce, but TV Line let the cat out of the bag when it revealed the three storylines that would drive the episode. Two of them focus on the show's power couple, Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) but the third focuses on Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and his decision to take the chief exam.

A decision that could lead to another major cast exit.

The synopsis suggests a change of leadership at 51 Chicago...

'Chicago Fire's Burning Future Has Been Decided
Image
In the past couple of weeks, fans of the One Chicago slate of series got a little apprehensive. As all major networks started to announce their renewal/cancelation plans for their flagship series, NBC only selected St. Denis Medical and Happy's Place to come back and stayed mum on every other show. But finally, the fate of Chicago Fire has been decided. According to Deadline, the show is coming back for Season 14, with Chicago P.D. and Chicago Med also getting renewed.

Despite the uncertainty, we can't ignore that Chicago Fire has more than established a legacy for itself on network television. The show debuted before streaming platforms became the huge monster that they are today, and yet it managed to retain (and increase) its audience for all these years. More than that, the show is a constant top performer on Wednesday nights, and its success prompted the creation of its two equally popular spin-offs,...

This controversial Chicago Fire character won't be returning for season 14 (here's why)
Image
Chicago Fire has no problem pulling the rug out from under its fans and writing characters off the show at a moment's notice. It can be disappointing when it's one of the characters we've come to know and love over an extended period of time, but sometimes external factors come into play. Lt. Wendy Seager is one such example.

Seager, played by Andy Allo, debuted in season 8 and was a semi-consistent presence through season 11. The character has not been seen since the episode "Acting Up," however, and we are confident that she will not be returning in the near future. Why? Well, because Allo continues to be cast in other television properties.

Chicago Fire is about to recycle a tense season 11 storyline (with the same Med cameo)
Image
Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram) has become one of the most important characters on Chicago Med. She went from recurring presence to anchoring doctor, but we're not here to talk about that. Instead, we're here to discuss the unique yet profound impact that her presence has had on two episodes of Chicago Fire.

The character is set to return to the firefighting drama for the episode "Cut Me Open." She will be on hand to help a woman give birth to a child that will be adopted by Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney). The woman experiences complications, leading to Asher calling for a C-section to be performed, and hand wringing on the parts of Kidd and Severide.

Stellaride's adoption was almost derailed by this forgotten Chicago Fire storyline
Image
Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) have been together for a long time, and they are finally taking the next step in their lives as a couple. They are going to adopt a newborn as their own. This emotional season 13 arc would not have been possible, however, if a forgotten arc during the show's first and second seasons had gone a bit differently.

Severide has had several romances over the course of Chicago Fire, so it can be hard to recall the details of all of them. Instead of building up to a place where Severide felt ready to become a dad, though, the series nearly dropped a child onto his lap during the season 1 episode "A Hell of a Ride."

One Chicago Wednesday schedule: How many more breaks before season finales?
Image
One Chicago Wednesday has been an NBC tradition for a decade. All three shows have held down the fort during the network's primetime schedule. Barring, of course, the Wednesdays where there are no new episodes. April 30 is one such instance. But don't worry, fans won't have to put up with too many more breaks during the 2024-25 season.

Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago Pd are set to return on Wednesday, May 7. The start and stop rollout for the middle episodes of each show's respective season can be frustrating for fans, especially when there's a multi-week wait for an episode followed by yet another break. Thankfully, this won't be the case in May.

4 Chicago Fire characters who Cannot be written off the show in season 14
Image
We know who's leaving Chicago Fire in the upcoming season. Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri) and Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) have been shown the door, even though there are a few episodes left in the current season. We're not here to talk about them, though. We're here to discuss the characters who are essential to the show's make up.

Ritter and Carver are going to be major losses, but the show will survive without them. The four characters we've selected below are exceptions to this rule. It would be hard to imagine Chicago Fire without them, and as such, we're confident they will stick around for season 14. At least we hope. My goodness, can you imagine?

Chicago Fire Season 13 Episode 20 Cut Me Open Airs May 7 2025 on NBC
David Eigenberg, Hanako Greensmith, Taylor Kinney, Joe Minoso, Miranda Rae Mayo, and Jocelyn Hudon in Chicago Fire (2012)
In the upcoming episode of “Chicago Fire,” titled “Cut Me Open,” viewers can expect a gripping story that dives deep into the challenges faced by the dedicated team at Firehouse 51. With the crew feeling the pressure and stretched thin, a performance efficiency expert arrives to evaluate their operations. This new character brings a fresh perspective, but the crew’s pride may be put to the test as they navigate the scrutiny. The dynamics at the firehouse could shift dramatically, and it will be interesting to see how the firefighters respond to this external assessment.

Meanwhile, personal lives take center stage as Kidd and Severide continue their journey toward adoption. They share a heartfelt connection with the mother of the baby they hope to bring into their family. This storyline promises to explore themes of love, hope, and the complexities of building a family. Fans will likely find themselves rooting for...

Baby boom: Chicago Med's pregnancy arc could shatter a One Chicago tradition
Image
One Chicago is no stranger parenthood. We've watched dozens of characters become parents over the course of the franchise's tenure, whether it be on Chicago Pd or Chicago Med. Dr. Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram) is on the cusp of making a huge life decision on Med, and if she pursue the path that she's currently considering, it would upend a franchise trend that's lasted for years.

Asher approached her sister, Lizzie (Erin Anderson) and offered to serve as the surrogate for her child, since the latter has struggled to conceive. Lizzie was touched by the offer, but voiced concern about Asher putting her own desires to have a child on hold to help. A conclusion was not reached by the end of the episode "The Stories We Tell Ourselves," but the notion of Asher getting pregnant is quietly radical within the One Chicago framework.

One Chicago generally relies on adoption...

Chicago Fire softened the blow of upcoming exits by bringing this character back
Image
We're not happy that Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri) and Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) are leaving. They have become fan favorites and developed strong bonds with virtually every other member of Firehouse 51. Themselves included. And yet, they are being written out of the show before the next season.

It's never a good time to hear news that two of your favorite characters are leaving a show, but the timing of this particular announcement was rough. It coincided with the episode "Post Mortem," in which we were told that another firefighter, Jack Damon (Michael Bradway) was critically injured in a building collapse and may never be able to serve 51 again.

One Chicago has two more crossover cameos set for 2025 (and we know who they are)
Image
One Chicago has always thrived on its interconnectedness. Part of the fun of watching three separate shows set in the Windy City is seeing how each of them interact, and how characters from different walks of life and professions help each other in the name of justice. We saw a prime example of this during the three part One Chicago crossover in January.

Don't worry, though, because One Chicago is not done intermingling characters. Despite there only being three more episodes of Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago Pd, the franchise has made it clear that they plan to execute at least two more crossovers. Both of which will take place between Fire and Med.

Dr. Hannah Asher will appear on Chicago Fire

The first will be obvious to anyone who watched the promo for the May 7 episode of Chicago Fire. Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney...

Stella and Severide's Journey to Parenthood Begins in New 'Chicago Fire' Season 13, Episode 20 Sneak Peek
Image
The One Chicago universe is vast, and has, over the years, thrown up lovely romances for audiences to sink their teeth into. While Chicago P.D. offers up the Burzek romance, its counterpart, Chicago Fire, brings the romance of Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and her husband, Kelly Severide's (Taylor Kinney) to the fore. The pair have handled several challenges to their relationship, navigating tricky waters and are now at a crossroads. They desire an expansion to their family, and it is coming in Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 20. "With the crew stretched thin, a performance efficiency expert evaluates Firehouse 51; Kidd and Severide bond with the mother of the baby they hope to adopt," the official logline for the show's next episode reads.

Besides providing a synopsis for an episode which is set to air on May 7 on NBC, the network has also released a sneak peek teasing what lies ahead. "There is a woman in Med,...

Chicago Fire promo confirms thrilling Chicago Med crossover (but there's a catch)
Image
Chicago Fire may have been missing Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) in its April 23 episode, but rest assured that she and Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) will be back together for the May 7 episode "Cut Me Open." The characters will get one step closer to adopting a child, but as evidenced by the promo, it will not be an easy or stress-free process.

The promo sees both Kidd and Severide going to the hospital when the woman carrying the baby they plan to adopt goes into labor. They are all smiles as they head to Gaffney Medical Center, and like many fans predicted, we get a mini-Chicago Med crossover. Dr. Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram), who has become one of Med's most important characters, is on hand to help with the birth.

Chicago Fire season 13 episode 19 recap: Violet and Carver reunite for deadly case
Image
Chicago Fire picked up right where it left off with "Post Mortem." The dramatic episode concluded with Jack Damon (Michael Bradway) suffering serious lung damage on the job, and being told that he may never be able to fight fires again. The episode "Permanent Damage" explores the paranoia and fear that Damon has about his condition.

Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) paid his half-brother a visit, and urged him to be optimistic when it comes to his recovery. Damon's future depends on whether he can pass certain tests, and the 51 vereran told him that he's seen several firefighters recover without any difficulty. Severide is riding solo this episode, as Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) is attending a training course in Maryland.

Kidd may be absent, but her departure proves to have ripple effects throughout the rest of the episode. Severide noticed a girl named Natalie walking around the firehouse, and recalls...

The real reason Kidd doesn't appear in Chicago Fire season 13 episode 19
Image
Chicago Fire has made a habit of cutting certain characters from certain episodes in season 13. It's something that was introduced in years prior, but season 13 has really upped the frequency rate at which long-standing characters are excluded from the show for a week at a time.

Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) is the latest example. The character is nowhere to be found in the episode "Permanent Damage," which airs Wednesday, April 23. Now, her absence may be a little bit more concerning than usual, given the recent announcement that Chicago Fire characters Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri) are Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) will soon be written off the show, but there's no reason to stress about Kidd's future.

Stella Kidd is attending a course in Maryland

As confirmed by NBC, Kidd is missing in action because she is attending a leadership course at the National Fire Academy in Maryland. The character is always striving to get better,...

Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 19: Promo revealed, Van Meter returns
Image
A new Chicago Fire episode features the return of Captain Tom Van Meter from the Office of Fire Investigation.

Anytime we see Van Meter from Ofi, we can assume an arson investigation for Kelly Severide (played by Taylor Kinney).

There haven’t been many arson cases this season, as many of Severide’s storylines have been about his brother, Jack Damon, or adopting a kid with his wife, Stella Kidd.

Damon was seriously injured during the last episode, one that also featured Wallace Boden returning to help Firehouse 51.

That could mean Damon is out for the April 23 episode, but it’s an important night for other primary characters.

Paramedics Lizzy Novak (Jocelyn Hudon) and Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith) are also back after being out during Episode 18.

Chicago Fire and Law & Order stars teamed up for unexpected crossover (here's how)
Image
One Chicago and Law & Order exist in the same television universe. We have seen shows like Svu and Chicago Pd team up to solve especially tricky cases, and both franchises share a production studio, Wolf Entertainment. We did not expect, however, to get a covert team up between Ice-t of Svu fame and Taylor Kinney of Chicago Fire fame on Monday, April 21.

The two actors posed for photos together during an event for a New Jersey business called the Medicine Woman. Parade claims that Ice-t and Taylor Kinney are partners in the business, which is why both actors were in attendance. The latter confirmed this when he posted about his time with Kinney on Instagram.

"[They're] on Quite the Journey": 'Chicago Fire' Showrunner Teases Stella and Severide's Next Steps as a Couple
Image
Chicago Fire has been an intense place in the past couple of months. The tragedy which befell Chief Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney), as the show killed off his wife, Monica (KaDee Strickland), and how he has reacted to it since has been at the fore. The return of one of its key characters, Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), has also stolen the spotlight on the show with minds turning away from one interesting storyline. Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and her husband, Kelly Severide's (Taylor Kinney) relationship has been a cornerstone of the show for sometime now. The couple have long since discussed the prospect of expanding their family, but that has been held off for sometime. But that seems set to change.

Having married in Season 10, Episode 22, "The Magnificent City of Chicago", Stellla and Severide have discussed the prospect of having a baby in Season 12, with Stella picking out adoption...

Chicago Fire boss promises big changes for Stellaride family ahead of season 13 finale
Image
Chicago Fire has been spreading the narrative focus over the last few episodes. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) have been involved, but their personal lives have taken a backseat to workplace drama. Understandably so, given the severity of recent incidents.

It's nice to see Severide and Kidd working through difficult workplace situations together, but the last time we really weighed in on their personal lives, there was a lot going on. The couple had decided to adopt a child, and were subsequently approved for adoption (after what we theorize was an assist by Joe Minoso's Cruz). There's been little progress on the adoption storyline in recent episodes, but all that is going to change during season 13's final stretch.

Chicago Fire's shocking cast exits could be the start of an unsettling trend (here's how)
Image
Chicago Fire decided to fold bombshell news into the scheduling of its April 16 episode "Post Mortem." The series confirmed that Daniel Kyri and Jake Lockett will be leaving the show after season 13 just as the episode was airing on NBC. It was a bitter pill to swallow, especially since viewers were forced to watch another firefighter's life hang in the balance.

Daniel Kyri has played Darren Ritter on Chicago Fire for seven seasons, and Jake Lockett has played Sam Carver for three. They have both become fan favorites, and the latter is even involved in one of the show's most notable on again/off again romances. We were completely taken aback by the news, as most fans were, but we're sorry to report that the actors may not be alone in being written off the firefighting drama.

Chicago Fire might've just ended this character's career and we don't understand why
Image
Chicago Fire went into the episode "Post Mortem" promising blood. It was heavily implied that 51 would be losing one of their own after a tragic accident occurs on the job. And it did, albeit, not in the way we expected. Nobody died in "Post Mortem," contrary to its title. But we did see Jack Damon (Michael Bradway) nearly die after a building collapse left him with internal bleeding.

Damon's identity is kept a secret for the majority of the episode, and even when its confirmed that he was the firefighter who sparked the entire 51 investigation, there's uncertainty as to whether he will survive. Thankfully, he pulls through, and gets through his surgery intact. It's possible that Damon will never put out another fire. Which leads us to ask: what has the point of his entire season 13 arc been?

Chicago Fire season 13 episode 18 recap: Boden investigates a tragic 51 loss
Image
Chicago Fire really built up anticipation for "Post Mortem." The episode was heavily promoted by showrunner Andrea Newman and returning star Eamonn Walker, who hadn't appeared on the show since the season 12 finale. "Post Mortem" was anything but a warm reunion, however. The episode delivered on the chaos promised in the tense promo, and marked a seismic shift for Firehouse 51.

Here's what you need to know about "Post Mortem," aka the most important episode of Chicago Fire season 13. Spoilers Ahead.

It's rare to see the level of intrigue and mystery that we get in the opening scene. Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) is shown watching a news broadcast in a waiting room. The news explains that a firefighter was severely injured in a burning house. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) eventually show up, and Herrmann wonders aloud how a firefighter could have been left behind. "We cleared that house,...

4 Chicago Fire characters who could be leaving the show in the episode "Post Mortem"
Image
Chicago Fire is gearing up for the biggest episode of season 13 thus far. The way the episode "Post Mortem" has been hyped by actors and producers, you'd think it was a season finale. A character will be caught in the rubble of a collapsed building, and may very well die as a result of their injuries.

To make matters even worse, Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker) is coming in to investigate what went wrong, and all signs point to the former 51 Chief firing whoever he deems responsible for the tragedy. That's potentially two Chicago Fire characters gone in the span of a single episode. Naturally, we have some thoughts.

We don't know who will end up going down in "Post Mortem," but these are the most likely candidates based on the context of season 13.

In the highly anticipated Season 13 Episode 19 of “Chicago Fire,” titled “Permanent Damage,” viewers can expect a gripping storyline that delves into the past. The episode centers around Severide as he takes on the challenge of investigating an old house fire that occurred a decade ago, where Kidd was one of the first responders. This investigation promises to reveal long-buried secrets and may bring unexpected challenges for the crew.

Meanwhile, Carver and Violet find themselves in a race against time as they search for a mystery medic who abandoned a victim during a recent emergency. This subplot adds an intense layer of urgency, showcasing the pressures faced by first responders. The dynamic between Carver and Violet will likely highlight their teamwork and determination to uncover the truth, making for an engaging watch.

6 NBC shows I need to see renewed by May 2025
Image
It’s that time of year when we know that more cancellations and renewals are likely to come. There are still far too many shows on the bubble, and it’s hard to call which way the networks will go with some of the shows. That’s certainly the case with the NBC shows.

While I would love to see everything make it through because I think the hard work of the cast and crew deserves to be recognized, there are certain shows that I want to see more than others. I’m invested in the storylines and the writing, or the shows have already ended on cliffhangers that I need answers to. Here are the six NBC shows I need to see make it through to the 2025–2026 TV season.
