Kevin Kane serves as actor (Matt), director and Executive Producer on Life & Beth. He also stars as Detective Terry Bruno on Law and Order: SVU. Recent film credits include Mark Jackson's This Teacher (LA Film Fest Jury Award), Martin Scorsese's The Irishman, Uncle Silas, Lez Bomb, Im Not Me (IFP Lab). Recent TV credits are Bonding on Netflix, Chicago, P.D., FBI: Most Wanted, No Activity. He won a Peabody Award, Television Critics Award and a Primetime Emmy for producing Comedy Central's Inside Amy Schumer, where he also appeared as an actor for four seasons. He was an actor and special on-set consultant to Judd Apatow for Trainwreck, and both actor and producer on FOX's Snatched and STX's I Feel Pretty. Kevin is a founding ensemble member (along with Amy Schumer) of The Collective NY where he has acted in and directed numerous theatre productions since its inception in 2007, including David Thigpen's Hurricane Party at Cherry Lane Theatre and the revival of Frank McGuinness's Someone Who'll Watch Over Me at New York Theatre Workshop for which he was nominated Outstanding Lead Actor (NYIT). He is a graduate of The William Esper Studio.
