Jennifer Jalene

Born in New Jersey, Jennifer moved to Taiwan at age six, and speaks Mandarin and English fluently. She put herself through college and earned a B.A. from the College of Creative Studies, UC Santa Barbara. Upon graduation, she was chosen as one of 18 up-and-coming talents for the CBS Showcase (fka CBS Diversity Showcase). This breakthrough helped her establish her acting niche in procedural crime dramas. Her experience in working with abused children in the US and South Africa further influenced her choices in roles that explore criminal behavior, law and order, empathy and truth.
