We here at Fangirltastic happen to love The Asylum. We love them for not giving a fuck about making really horrible movies and shamelessly ripping off Hollywood Blockbusters. As bad as something like 2010: Moby Dick or Titanic II is, these movies still provide you with a touch of humor that is difficult to find anywhere else. It’s the joyous feeling of ridiculous. That feel good moment that The Asylum encounters when they say, “yeah why not make a giant CGI sperm whale and make it look about as good as a large floating rock?” And they’re right, why not?
The latest Asylum product however has me shaking my head in disappointment. Anneliese: The Exorcist Tapes is for lack of a better word, boring. It’s excruciatingly boring in fact and provides about 3 seconds...
