The PlayStation 5 has been released for the past four years, and the gaming community has taken full advantage of this beast of a gaming machine. The gaming industry has evolved for the past three decades, and Sony Interactive Entertainment wanted to commemorate how far the PlayStation brand has come since 1994. Hideaki Nishino recently revealed a new Collection bundle with the original PlayStation color schemes.

Ghost of Tsushima is one of the biggest and most aesthetically pleasing first-party games operating under the PlayStation Studios banner to be released. The developers of Sucker Punch Productions took their time with this massive undertaking, and the final product was worth it. Fans were immediately enamored with the intense combat and the high stakes of the narrative, as Jin Sakai must fight without honor to retake his homeland from Monggol invaders.

The Ghost was a title given to the lone samurai as he fought to save his people from the invaders. Jin needs to look at the part of a warrior that strikes fear into the hearts of his enemies, and the developers gave him an extensive wardrobe, some of which were inspired by other great gaming franchises.

Amidst the console war between PlayStation and Xbox, PC has always been a true champion in every sense. Be it their massive capacity to run games on way higher quality than consoles or their easy upgradability, PCs are more comprehensive when it comes to high-end gaming.

FromSoftware single-handedly pioneered the growth of the Soulslike genre in the past few years and each new installment has been an improvement from previous projects. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki has a profound understanding of the makings of a great Soulslike title, and the recent success of his latest game gave the studio the confidence and motivation to increase the workforce to develop more titles on a much larger scale.

Bloodborne is another underrated gem left to collect dust and cobwebs underneath the basement of Sony Interactive Entertainment. The Soulslike title was a massive hit during the PlayStation 4 cycle and the gaming community would love to see the game as a next-gen remaster.
Unfortunately, Sony has been too blind to its potential and decided not to push forward with a sequel or a next-gen remaster for reasons unknown. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki loved working on the project, however, FromSoftware does not have any pull in this regard and fans are disappointed.

“It’s torture at this point”: Bloodborne PS5 Port Appears, Before Fans Come Crashing Back to Reality
Bloodborne is an underutilized Soulslike project developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game was made exclusively for the PlayStation 4 console but was stuck on the short end for not receiving the same privileges as other exclusives.
The developers of FromSoftware heavily expressed interest in returning to the franchise and expanding the lore. Unfortunately, Sony Interactive Entertainment is in charge of the IP and gets the final say, and fans have been begging for a remaster for the PS5 but it seems like all hope is lost.

San Francisco, Feb 24 (Ians) Sony is working on a next-generation virtual reality (VR) headset for the PS5 that will include an improved field of view, resolution and even a single cord to make it easier to use.
According to The Verge, the headset won't launch this year, but the company is announcing early plans to make it available on the PS5 at some point in the future.
"We're taking what we've learned since launching Ps VR on PS4 to develop a next-gen VR system that enhances everything from resolution and field of view to tracking and input," said Hideaki Nishino, Sony's head of PlayStation platform and planning.
"It will connect to PS5 with a single cord to simplify setup and improve ease-of-use, while enabling a high-fidelity visual experience," Nishino added.
Sony is also working on a new VR controller, which will use some of the features found in the DualSense PS5 controller.

Despite strange rumors that suggested Burger King could reveal the PlayStation 5’s Ui, Sony went ahead and just released a breakdown of the next-gen console’s interface themselves.
“With less than a month until launch, we’re thrilled to share our very first look at the PlayStation 5 console’s user experience,” writes Hideaki Nishino, Senior Vice President, Platform Planning & Management, on the PlayStation blog. “The new Ux is completely centered on the player – to provide you a truly next-generation experience with deeper immersion that quickly connects you to great games and a passionate gaming community.”
