Taxi Doll is a multi Billboard Dance Chart topping Electronic/Pop
project that has been getting International airplay and has been
featured in films and TV shows such as: The Hills (MTV), 90210 (CW),
The Good Wife (CBS) John Tucker Must Die (Fox), Firewall, Warner
Brothers) and CSI: NYC (CBS).
Taxi Doll has shared the stage with a very diverse range of acts such as Katy Perry, The Prodigy, Shiny Toy Guns, Boomkat, Berlin, & Bitter Sweet as well as headlining shows around the country.
Universal & EMI Publishing got behind Taxi Doll and their single "Waiting," which climbed all the way to #3 on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay Charts. The single "Be With You" also reached the top 10 on the Billboard Dance Club chart and #5 in the UK pop charts.
Drawing inspiration from bands like Goldfrapp, Depeche Mode and Garbage, the debut full-length, "Here and Now", is a cohesive collection of songs that feature Dhana's crystalline vocals layered over crisp guitar licks, sweeping synth production and catchy melodies.
