With less than one month to go until Invincible returns to Prime Video with its third season, some new stills and a first look at the villainous Powerplex have been released.

Mark Grayson's new blue suit is also put front and centre as is his younger brother Oliver (soon to be known as Kid Omni-Man). Atom Eve and Cecil Stedman can also be seen in action.

The animated series has a large fanbase and there's been some frustration in the past about the long wait between seasons. That looks set to change with seasons 3 and 4, with the stakes expected to be significantly higher across these next batches of episodes.

There are a lot of Marvel Studios projects to look forward to in 2025. That's certainly a good thing, because as great as the offerings from the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been this year, there haven't been that many of them. As we approach the final episode of Agatha All Along, many mysteries have been solved, and we now know the identities of several characters that were unclear when the show first began.

One of the biggest mysteries was who Aubrey Plaza’s character, Rio Vidal, really is. Fans initially thought she might be Mephisto’s son, Blackheart, but her true identity was revealed first through a Marvel merchandise leak and then in the show itself.

Amazon Prime Video has announced that the animated series will return on Feb. 6. The first three episodes of the third season will drop on that date, with new episodes debuting weekly on Thursdays thereafter through March 13.

Amazon has also released a teaser for the new season, which sees Mark (Steven Yeun) getting grilled at Burger Mart by Cecil (Walton Goggins) about his lack of preparations for future Viltrumite attacks. He also pokes fun at the fact the show took an extended break in the middle of its second season.

“And don’t even get me started on your little four month vacation right in the middle of things,” Cecil says. “We all sure loved that.”

Joss Whedon's large-scale action picture "Avengers: Age of Ultron" was released in theaters in the spring of 2015, and it featured a gaggle of Marvel superheroes teaming up to fight the eponymous evil super-robot. Ultron (voiced by James Spader) was an artificial intelligence accidentally created by Iron Man while he was constructing a global, spacebound security system intended to make superhero-ing easier. Upon achieving consciousness, Ultron spends about two minutes on the internet and instantly decided that humanity needed to be wiped out, shunting its own consciousness into a series of robot bodies and going about its wicked business. The Avengers, naturally, smash up all the Ultron bots.

Ultron is destroyed at the end of that film and has only shown up in additional Marvel Cinematic Universe entries in smaller roles since then, including the animated TV show "What If...?" However, Spader will reportedly reprise Ultron for the upcoming "WandaVision...

Paul Bettany will soon be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, reprising his role as the Vision, last seen in "WandaVision," in a new TV series centered around the android hero. The first bit of truly exciting news about the project came a few days ago when it was confirmed that the Vision TV series will also see James Spader return to the MCU as Ultron, the robot archnemesis of the Avengers and the Vision's creator.

Spader last appeared as Ultron in writer/director Joss Whedon's 2015 MCU bow-out, "Avengers: Age of Ultron." (Ultron also showed up in the animated series "What If...?" but was voiced by Marvel's go-to understudy Ross Marquand.)

Much like The Boys, Amazon’s Invincible managed to become a hit. This animated adaptation of a popular comic is based on a similar principle of parodying mainstream American superhero comics, providing us with a wholly different perspective on what we are used to as far as superheroes are concerned.

And while it is an animated series, the series managed to attract a lot of attention and it became one of Amazon’s most popular series in more ways than one, as it attracted a large audience and also created a very large and devoted fandom. This is why it is one of the most interesting and followed series today.

In light of that, fans had been worried that the incredible 2.5-year gap between Seasons 1 and 2 would repeat itself, but several sources claim that Season 3 of Invincible is coming soon and that the dreaded gap won’t be repeating itself...

At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, Disney+ and Lucasfilm revealed the new trailer and key art for Lego Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy, which will begin streaming on September 13, 2024.

Dan Hernandez, Benji Samit, and James Waugh presented the show at the event.

Prime Video announced at San Diego Comic-Con that Invincible has been renewed for a fourth season. The announcement was made to thunderous applause at Prime Video's Adapting Fan Favorites: A Conversation with Adult Animation Creators panel.

Season 2 of the fan-favorite cartoon recently concluded on April 4, 2024, and fans have been very curious about news on season 3's release date after a long wait for season 2.

Ross Marquand, the voice actor for The Immortal, previously asserted that season 3 would begin streaming in early 2025. While Prime Video unveiled a new poster with Mark Grayson's new costume at Sdcc, there has been no official confirmation on the third season's release date.

Previously there was a two-year wait between season 1 and season 2, with the second season having a 4-month midseason hiatus. It was previously confirmed that the wait for season 3 would not be as long and that season 3 would not have a midseason hiatus.

Invincible fans endured a torturous two-year wait for Season 2, but their patience was ultimately rewarded. Good news for those dreading another endless hiatus, it looks like the creators have finally heard the prayers. With Season 3 potentially on the horizon sooner rather than later, it seems the wait for more superhero action might not be as excruciating this time around.

A key voice actor from Invincible Season 3 teased when fans can watch new episodes and what the story may revolve around. Amazon Prime has also revealed the first look at Mark Grayson's blue and black superhero suit during Sdcc weekend!

One of the biggest letdowns of Invincible Season 2 was not only the massive two-and-a-half-year gap between the first and second outings but also how Season 2 had a break in the middle of it. This leaves fans anxious about when they’ll be able to watch Season 3.

Showrunner Simon Racioppa told The Direct that the wait for Season 3 "will not be the same between [seasons] 1 and 2." And then recently, Invincible Ross Marquand indicated that the third season will debut in early 2025.

There was a significant gap between the first and second seasons of Prime Video's Invincible, with the show originally launching on March 25, 2021 and not returning until November 3, 2023.

Even then, the series was criticised for splitting season 2 in half, with the first batch of episodes ending in November and not returning until March 2024. Now, though, one of the show's lead stars has shared their belief that the wait for season 3 will be quite a bit shorter.

Talking at Galaxy Con, What If...? and Avengers: Endgame star Ross Marquand, who voices The Immortal, Aquarus, Rudy Connors, and various others, shared what he knows about Invincible's future.

"Invincible Season 3, we're almost wrapped on that," the actor teased (via Toonado.com). "I don't want to speak because Robert would be like, 'Don't tell people anything because we don't know.' But I have a feeling it's probably going to be early next year.

Invincible is one of the most critically acclaimed animated shows on television, so it’s no surprise that Prime Video and the team behind the show are mounting an Emmy campaign in the hopes that the series will be recognized at the awards ceremony for the best in the best of television.

Professor X, unable to not see the good in Magneto, even after his frenemy's torturous attack on Wolverine, pulls Erik back to the light with a telepathic therapy session. The X-Men, once more including Magneto, save the world. But then they vanish, pulled through time to the past, future (Cyclops and Jean), and parts unrevealed. The past X-Men, stranded in Egypt, circa 3000 BC, meet a grey-skinned mutant that fans will certainly recognize.

Before crafting the likes of Thanos and Killmonger, who are often considered some of the top Cbm villains, the MCU often struggled to get their villains right, which was apparent in their initial phases. However, the biggest exception during the cinematic giant’s early years was Red Skull, played by Hugo Weaving, who did an impeccable job playing the Hydra head.

Unfortunately, despite having a blast playing the character, Weaving didn’t return to reprise the role in Avengers: Infinity War and was replaced by The Walking Dead star Ross Marquand. Well, in the middle chapter of the three-part Tolerance Is Extinction finale, fans finally got to see their much-anticipated moment starring Magneto and Wolverine. The episode also featured one of the show’s most shocking cliffhangers to date. Magneto ripped the Adamantium from Wolverine’s skeleton, indicating a turning point for Logan as we enter season 2.
