Someone has clearly been hitting the gym.Chad Rogers, who starred on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" for the show's first three seasons, reappeared in Malibu this week -- and looked like a totally different person. The former reality TV star, who sported Justin Bieber-bangs and an extremely slim frame on on the real estate series, flaunted his new and improved physique while hiking earlier today. With his ridiculous six-pack, pecs and bulging biceps on display, Rogers has definitely bulked up A Lot since his time on TV."Being "fit for success" is important to me because it has enabled me to inspire people through my recent body transformation and mega success in business," he says of his new lifestyle in his entry for Men's Health's "Guy Search" contest. "If I can do it anyone can do it! I work out w/ my Equinox trainer 4 days per week for 1 1/2 hour sessions.

While enjoying the relaxing views during a Los Angeles hike, “Million Dollar Listing La” star Chad Rogers showed off his brand new bod.
In a recent TwitPic, the 36-year-old real estate agent shared “What a perfect day!" as he posed shirtless on top of Runyon Canyon.
According to Chad’s camp, the star credits his “Chad-formation” to working out four days a week with a private trainer in conjunction with a very strict intermittent fasting regimen.
"I set a goal two years ago and I've been dedicated ever since,” Chad said exclusively to GossipCenter. “My Equinox personal trainer, Tucker Forbes, trains me like a powerlifter. I lift weights 4 days a week - bench, deadlifts and squats, and no cardio.”
“On top of that I follow the Leangains intermittent fasting protocol, where I eat all of my daily calories within an 8 hour window in order to promote fat loss and muscle growth.

Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may have undergone several key changes since its first season in 2006, including cast and location shifts, but one thing has remained consistent: the presence of Madison Hildebrand, the diplomatic, hunky blond agent whose sexual orientation remained something of an enigma for a couple of seasons. Officially he's shifted from "polyamorous" to classic old "gay," and just like his now-out castmate Josh Flagg, he's living a visibly homosexual existence in front of the cameras. And yes, he looks blithe and sandy-haired while doing it.

After Hollywood realtor Josh Altman replaced Chad Rogers on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," we were prepared to hate him. The suits, the celebrity clientele, the fast talk - what's there to like?
Now, we'll be the first to admit we jumped to conclusions. He's not such a bad guy, makes for good TV, and he definitely handles his business.
Altman tells us we're not the only ones who had a change of heart about him. He gets several emails a day expressing the same sentiment.
"I think with any TV show in general when you have someone replacing someone or someone new," Altman tells Zap2it. "There's always going to be people who have preconceived notions of you - like when a new model Ferrari comes out. Nobody likes it at first, but then you get used to it and you think 'wow, this is a lot better.'"

I know, I know: this is the guiltiest of all guilty pleasures in some ways. But I do believe that when it comes to television, one shouldn't feel guilty about what one finds enjoyable, as long as you're truthful with yourself about the quality of the thing in question. Which brings us to Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, which returns for its fourth season tonight, amid a cast shakeup that saw the departure of oddball Chad Rogers from the series and the arrival of a new face in Josh Altman. While Chad irritated me to the point of tears at times, I do have to say that I'll miss him because he added such an unpredictable, weird element to the mix. Between the pocket-sized dog, the bizarre chemistry with his girlfriend, and his social awkwardness, Chad added a certain je ne sais quoi to the mix that will be missed, particularly...

Chad Rogers has left Bravo's Million Dollar Listing, something we first learned last April, but the terms of his departure are so important that his lawyer has threatened a TV critic--even though the critic's reporting is based on something Bravo's president said. In addition, his lawyer also claimed "Chad enjoys extremely positive publicity." The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Rob Owen reported on Monday that "Bravo executive Frances Berwick said his departure was a 'mutual' decision," quoting the...

Luxury real-estate golden boys Madison Hildebrand and Josh Flagg are back for their fourth go at "Million Dollar Listing," Bravo's look at the cutthroat world of high-end realty, made even moreso thanks to the crash of the real estate market.
Out is bowl-cut Chad Rogers from seasons 1, 2, and 3, and in is Josh Altman, a real estate impresario who you might recognize from his appearance on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" (if you'd ever admit to watching that show), who's celebrity clientele includes Kim, her ex and football pro Reggie Bush, and rapper/actress Eve.
The slumped market and new blood makes the competition even more fierce (who knew open houses could be so tense?). Of course Bravo throws in some real-life drama into the mix, like the new guy moving in on competitor Madison's assistant, and we're sure Madison's oft-talked about "polyamorous" situation is sure to come up as well.

As Zap2it reported earlier this week, high-end realtor and the previous lead castmember of "Million Dollar Listing," Chad Rogers, has decided not to return for Season 4, and Bravo officially announced his replacement for the new season today (Dec. 16).
Rogers' spot goes to real estate agent Josh Altman, who we hope is as eccentric and funny as the show's other Josh - Josh Flagg! Malibu realtor Madison Hildebrand, who was struggling with his sexuality last season, is also returning for Season 4.
Here's the official bio on Altman, which accompanied Bravo's announcement:
Josh Altman is one of the most successful real estate agents in the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills luxury housing market. Josh's clientele consists mostly of entertainers, athletes and high net worth individuals from all over the world. Josh consistently offers his clients the white glove/VIP service. Over the past year, Josh has sold over $38,000,000 and has another $50,000,000 in current listings. His latest sale...

EW has learned that agent Chad Rogers, 33, has left Bravo’s real estate-focused reality series Million Dollar Listing. His replacement for the show’s fourth season: agent Josh Altman, a big player in the L.A. real estate game who sold $38 million in property in the past year and currently holds an inventory of $50 million in listings. One of Altman’s recent sales in L.A.’s Beverly Park neighborhood went for a hefty $16.5 million, and was the sixth-largest sale in Los Angeles county in 2010.

Whether you love or hate the trio who makes up the cast of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," it seems as if Bravo is moving on without one of them..
According to Zap2it's sources and as first reported by realityblurred.com, the perfectly coifed bowl haircut of Hilton & Hyland real estate agent, Chad Rogers, won't be making an appearance in Season 4.
The 33-year-old was previously considered the series' lead. So, what does that mean? Our sources tell us the network is bumping up one of the other series regulars into the show's lead position.
We contacted Bravo for confirmation and a network spokesperson responded, "We haven't announced anything regarding the next season of ['Million Dollar Listing'] yet, but we will be soon."
And by soon, we hear Bravo will make the official announcement by the end of this week.
Who do you think will step into Chad's expensive metrosexual shoes - Madison or Josh?...

One of the three stars of Bravo's Million Dollar Listing is leaving the series, and producers are now casting for New York City real estate agents, perhaps for a spin-off of the L.A.-set series. Chad Rogers, whose attempts to cause drama couldn't overcome his awkward acting and stilted delivery last season, is leaving, according to Madison Hildebrand, one of the other two cast members, who also confirmed the show is returning for a fourth season.

Bravo's Million Dollar Listing ended its third season last night, and for me it went from guilty pleasure (I loved to hate them) to guilty displeasure. Josh Flagg and Chad Rogers are such terrible actors that they can barely handle the non-stop set-up scenes, which may be real at their core but come off as so inauthentic that they're almost unbearable. But I can't stop watching it: I'm captivated, and not just by the way...

Generally speaking, there's little on Million Dollar Listing that strikes me as edifying or illuminating television. Mostly, I've watched this Bravo reality/unscripted show about three Los Angeles real estate brokers - Josh Flagg, Chad Rogers and Madison Hildebrand -- who are young, ambitious and seemingly very spoiled, with a weird fascination.
Would Chad's hair stylist convince him to try a buzz cut? No. Could Madison succumb to the come-on of a sexy female client? No. Was Josh seriously concerned about his health? Yes.
However, I caught up with the show this week and saw a sequence that got to me on a very emotional level. Josh Flagg, in an effort to learn more about his grandmother Edith's life -- in particular, how she survived the Holocaust -- went to Amsterdam with her to visit the places she remembers.

Sometimes I like to indulge in my guilty pleasure of watching several hours of the Bravo channel all at once. I can't say I'm hooked on the network -- it's mostly reality shows -- but sometimes it's fun to just watch something totally mindless. In Bravo's case, I usually end up feeling much better about my own life.
This afternoon, I watched a few episodes of Million Dollar Listing, the show about three real estate agents in Los Angeles. Season three premiered last Monday, and I feel for these guys -- Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers -- because it can't be easy trying to sell homes in this market. It seems like a tough business to be in anyway, and they have to deal with bleached blonde Hollywood types, many of whom think they have all the answers.

When Bravo revamped Million Dollar Listing last year, the elaborately primped and blow-dried Chad Rogers became its breakout star. His obsessive-compulsive organizational skills fostered close relationships with clients (like NBA star Cuttino Mobley) but provoked a sometimes-visceral reaction from viewers, including The Soup host Joel McHale. Now, as the real estate reality show returns tonight, Rogers talked to Movieline about his reputation, growing up lonely, the weirdest recognition he's ever received, and hanging out with 95-year-old Jack Lalanne.

Madison Hildebrand, Malibu's real estate golden boy is preparing for his third-go at starring on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," their hit docu-series on Southern California's hottest luxury home sellers. While fellow cast members Chad Rogers and Josh Flagg earn as much screen time for being at war as at work, Hildebrand has positioned himself as the clean-cut, toothy-smiled agent you'd trust with your multi-million dollar property. Or if you're just one of the millions of Bravo viewers, then you're ready to see him and the other agents take on the real estate market in this economy.
In the first two episodes, you'll see some new lingo added to the boy's vocabulary, including foreclosures and short sales, which show that this season is full of all new challenges for these celebrity realtors. "Last season was filled with so much energy and excitement and closings," says Hildebrand, who was filming the season's final episode during the interview.

Recession be damned! Maybe mocked, too! Million Dollar Listing, Bravo's reality drama about cut-throat real estate agents, is slated to return for a third season on October 12. This is eventful for perhaps no other reason (besides that I sort of, um, like the show) than the fact that Chad Rogers is, without question, the greatest television douchebag of all time, beating Bravo's own record set by third-season Project Runway vet Vincent Libretti. His mouth is shaped like a perfect puka shell! Stunning. Preview after the jump.

The title of this Bravo series "Flipping Out" would make a lot more sense if the star of the show, real estate investor Jeff Lewis, would actually flip out once in a while.
The truth is, Lewis is many things, but he's not really a flipper-outer, so don't watch this show's season finale if you wish to see him blow a few gaskets.
He's an interesting enough fellow, however, who rehabs rundown homes in Los Angeles and "flips" them for profit (which happens to be the other meaning of the title...
