Hammer is based in London and while this organization has not produced films since the 1980's things are about to change with The Resident. Starring Hilary Swank (The Black Dahlia), Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Jonah Hex), and Christopher Lee (Triage), The Resident is currently in post-production. Filming for The Resident began in May of 2009 and was completed in July of the same year, with shooting taking place in New York and New Mexico (Uhm). Now, that principal photography has been completed, by Hammer Films, a new trailer is available for fans.
In this clip Swank's character Dr. Juliet Dermer moves in to a new apartment. Here, Dermer is under constant surveillance via hidden cameras and microphones.
