In the interest of full disclosure here I should probably declare right up front that I actually have a producer’s credit on the latest to come from Eric Lim and the crew of film makers behind Zero Trooper F and Greenside. A quick trip through the Twitch archive will show that I was a fan of these guys and their work well before I had any sort of formal association with them, but still some people get worked up over things like this, so there you have it. My thanks go out to ultra-enthusiastic Twitch reader Avery - who I shall henceforth dub Captain Awesome - for pointing the way to a trio of stellar posters designed for use within Greenside, the Japanese inspired indie short from producer Eric Lim and directors Niko Pueringer and Sam Gorski. And when I say they were meant for use within the film, I mean exactly that: Greenside is set within an oppressive dictatorship and these three posters a pieces of propaganda art designed by Gunslinger Illustration using old Communist propoganda as a starting point. These posters will appear within the body of the film itself and, sweet lord, I really hope they make some of these available for public consumption ‘cause I want ‘em.
We’ve got the Greenside trailer below the break and hit the link below for the poster art.
