learned music at an early age. Guitar being his main instrument, he
started bands in Los Angeles, California with friends from nearby
schools (Ulysses S. Grant High School, John F. Kennedy High School and
Granada Hills High School). After high school he attended community
college before he turned to music full time. He spent several years
playing shows in and around California's bay area cities such as San
Francisco, Berkely and San Francisco. George then moved to New Orleans,
Louisiana where he learned music from local musician, which influenced
him greatly. Moving around enabled George to meet the people who have
shaped music greatly, such as Arlo Guthrie, Ramblin' Jack Elliot and
many more. In 2008 he moved back to Los Angeles to further his
education at California State University Northridge, while still
participating in his music. While in Los Angeles, he continued to
perform and foot the bill for musicians such T-Model Ford. He has
headlined shows at well-known music venues such as the Echo,
Spaceland(now named Satellite), The Hotel Cafe and more. His debut EP
titled "Wanderlust" was released to the public in March of 2011.
