Tomoko Karina is a Los Angeles based actress who was born on March 12th in Tokyo, Japan. Her theater credit includes Japan Premiere of "Balm In Gilead" directed by Robert Allan Ackerman, "Three Sisters" (Benisan-pit), "Story of Domon Ken" (Kinokuni-ya Hall), "The Voice" (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Theater), "Pecan in The Field" (Tokyo Metropolitan Art Theater), "Cardboard Capital" (Greenway Alliance). Film/ TV Credit: "Tokyo Tribe" directed by Shion Sono, "Driving While black" directed by Paul Sapiano, "Burying the Ex" directed by Joe Dante, "Awol 72" directed by Christian Sesma. In addition to acting, Tomoko's passion is training Japanese Dance (Nihon- Buyo) at Kansuma-kai, led by celebrated legendary figure in Japanese- American community, Mme Fujima Kansuma.
